This research has 3 moderating variables that need to be analyzed to answer the 2nd hypothesis, which are: Having children at home, home internet connection and mobile device. And there are 2 conditions to be applied when analyzing each moderating variable, namely the condition "YES" which describes the condition that respondent has children at home, has an internet connection at home and has a mobile device facility, and ' a condition "NO" which describes the opposite condition. This means that there is a significant linear relationship between the Having children at home-Yes and organizational effectiveness.

With Sig= 0.000 and less than 0.05 means that having children at home - YES has a significant impact on organizational effectiveness. And with coefficients B = 0.894, describe that 1 point of Having children at home - YES will increase 0.894 points of organizational effectiveness. This means that there is a significant linear relationship between Having children at home - NO (variable X) and organizational effectiveness (variable Y).

Based on that data and using Simple Regression, we found that the R-squared, as stated in Table 22, was 0.145, which means that Having Children at Home-NO Influence 14.5%. And for the F Test, found in Table 23 that the value of Sig was 0.073 and greater than 0.05, it means that there is no significant impact of Having children at home - NO on organizational effectiveness. Summary of 1st Variable Moderate: Having Children at Home Answers variable Moderate R Square Sig.

As described in Table 4-16, that for the first moderate variable summary analysis: Having children at home supports a positive correlation between working from home and organizational effectiveness.

Mobile Device

Edhie Sarwono Thus, with Internet home connection as 2nd moderating variable, supports positive correlation between Work from home and organizational effectiveness. Based on Significant Value, clearly that Deviation from Linearity (Sig.) Result = 0.185 and that value greater than 0.05, it means that there is a significant linear relationship between the Mobile Device JA and Organizational Effectiveness. Clearly describe at Table 36 that the use of mobile device-JA (moderate variable) has a positive influence of 34.9% on organizational effectiveness.

Clear stated in Table 37 that Sig=0.000 and the value is less than 0.05, which means that there is a significant impact of Mobile Device-JA (moderate variable) on organizational effectiveness. The result of the F-test was Sig= 0.003 and that value less than 0.05 means that there is a significant impact of Mobile Device-NO (moderate variable) on organizational effectiveness. Means that every 1 point increase of Mobile Device-NO will create an additional positive impact of 1,116 points on organizational effectiveness.

Having mobile device as 3rd moderating variable = supports positive correlation between Work from home and organizational effectiveness. Both conditions influence positive correlation with organizational effectiveness, but "No mobile device" influenced more than "having mobile device". This means that mobile devices are a very important variable to support success Work from home that has had a positive impact on organizational efficiency.

So, for the 2nd hypothesis it was obviously proven that: 3 Moderate Variables representing employees' condition (Having children at home, Internet home connection and mobile device) have positive correlation with organizational effectiveness.

Data Analysis for 3 rd Hypothesis

And the result was the Levene value = 0.097 and that value greater than 0.05 so it means that there is an equality of variance between groups or which means homogeneous. To illustrate the condition, you can use the Box Plot as described on Figure 19. Because of T Result = 1.005 < T Table = 1.9966, means that there is no significant difference between these variables.

So, refer to the 3rd hypothesis, this result of the data analysis proved that there was no difference in perception between superiors and subordinates in the implementation of Working from Home. The result of the Levene value was 4.325 and that value was greater than 0.05, so it means there is agreement in variance between groups or what homogeneous means. To illustrate the condition, you can use the box plot as described in Figure 20.

Since T Result = 2.139 > T Table = 1.9966, this means that there is a significant difference between those variables. With regard to the 4th hypothesis, this data analysis result proved that there was a significant difference in the perception between superior and subordinates regarding organizational effectiveness. To review and strengthen the analysis of the correlation between working from home and organizational effectiveness, this study also performed descriptive analysis data for Human Capital Organization performance using the Organizational Effectiveness framework.

Edhie Sarwono To observe and analyze all the data in Table 50, clearly stated that almost all the parameters of Human Capital Organization achievement were increase. Reference is made to the framework for organizational effectiveness and 1st hypothesis, it was obvious that the data also showed that Working from home had a positive correlation with organizational effectiveness.

Employee Opinion Data

It has been proven that activities during Work from home still optimize the execution and the performance also still in line with organizational planning. Edhie Sarwono If we have to combine, what is the optimum combination between WFH & WFO. 50% of the employee prefer Work from home and Work from Office implements alternately every 1 week.
