o Investigation of Marine cable damage of LNG carrier which fired during the voyage, as well as to provide the client with supervision during repair of the marine cable at MMHE Shipyard in Malaysia.
o Investigation of damage to the cargo tanks’ stainless steel of an oil carrier after being arrested by the hijack in Indian oceans waters in Singapore as well as to provide the client with a supervision during repair of the cargo tanks at the Shipyard in China.
o Investigation of the damage to the rudder of a bulk carrier which occurred during the voyage, in Singapore as well as to provide the client with supervision during the repair of the rudder at Jurong Shipyard in Singapore.
o Investigation of the propeller of livestock carrier which fired during the voyage, in Singapore as well as to provide the client with supervision during repair of the propeller at Jurong Shipyard in Singapore.
o Investigation of the main engine of a bulk carrier which occurred at the port of loading in Australia, resulted a General Average and Litigation.

Mr. Muchdy Lubis has Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Mining. Having experience in Commodity Inspection over 10 years.
Having served several companies related to commodity Inspection and others industry related.
During his previous career as Senior Inspector, he spent 7 years as commodity Inspector. He also entrusted being Lead Auditor ISO 9001-2008 in audit system management and inspection product.
