It’s easy to make, the main ingredients also easy to find in the market so overall there’s no difficulties to make this product. Leeks powder will be sell with affordable price so everyone can buy this product. By spending
Rp 15.000,- consumers already got leek powder.
5.2 Suggestion
Leeks powder texture is like an oregano and parsley texture it can be smoother if the smoothing process takes more time and using special machine.
Lack of high technology equipment is one of the main problem in making this product.
