Filing System as a Contribution to The Improvement of Taxpayers ´ Compliance
Tax revenue, whose percentage reached over 80% of the total revenue of the state budget in 2017, is the largest component of Indonesia's revenue. However, according to data from the General Directorate of Taxes in 2017, Indonesia's tax rate in 2017 was only 10.3%. To function optimally, this system certainly requires the development of a good tax administration system, such as the implementation of an e-filing system.
This study aims to analyze the effect of the e-filing information system on taxpayer compliance, both directly and through the taxpayer satisfaction variable on the services they receive. The results of the study stated that the optimal implementation of the e-filing information system gives a positive effect on taxpayers' compliance directly, as well as through the satisfaction of taxpayers with the tax service they received. Siskeudes is an information system that can help villagers manage village funds more easily and transparently.
The results of this study show that task technology and system quality from siskeudes have an important role, especially in predicting data and information error rates. The better the quality of the system and the adaptability of the user's task with siskeudes, the better the level of user satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings in this study show an in-depth study of the integrated information system success model and the Task Technology Fit model.
The Effects of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Financial Performance of Indonesian Listed Tobacco Companies. This research aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility information disclosure in a company's annual report on a company's financial performance. On the other hand, financial performance is a proxy with four dependent variables, which are current ratio (Y1), debt ratio (Y2), net profit margin (Y3) and return on assets (Y4) for tobacco listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
Based on the survey report, CSR can only explain one of four financial performance measures, namely debt ratio around 62.6%. All in all, it can be concluded that CSR activity cannot fully describe the company's financial results. The next research should add more indicators for the most recent CSR and longer research period.

The influence of dolls that reflect the body of a perfectionist woman on the self-perception of 5-6 year old girls. 50 girls were enrolled in the study, including 25 experimental groups and 25 control groups in the independent nursery school in Konya. Children in the experimental group were allowed to play for 1 hour a day for eight weeks with babies that mirrored the body of the perfectionist female.
The children in the control group were not allowed to play with the dolls that reflect the perfectionist female body. As a result of the study, there was no significant difference in the sub-dimension of self-esteem between the experimental and control groups. There was a significant difference in the sub-dimension of self-efficacy that was contrary to the experimental group.
At the end of eight weeks, a control test was performed, there was no significant difference between the control test and the pretest of the experimental group. A total of 103 kickboxing athletes, 18 women and 85 men licensed in Konya, were included in the study. In addition, 150 high school students in Konya were selected using a random sampling method, and 136 students, 24 girls and 112 boys, were included in the study.
As a result of the research, it was found that the propensity for violence in high school kickboxers is lower than in high school kickboxers. In recent years, Australia's tertiary education sector has embraced a gradual adaptation of the dual system of course delivery across universities and higher education providers. This article presents an evaluation of the dual mode design of a first year business statistics course delivered at Griffith University.
In this paper, we discuss various aspects of dual-mode course design, emphasizing the use of consistent teaching strategies for face-to-face and online student groups. Furthermore, we present a comparative analysis of the learning satisfaction and academic performance of the two groups within the dual mode system. The discussion and analysis presented in this paper are useful as feedback for further improvements in teaching strategies in dual mode course delivery.
