Hope this e-mail finds you well.

Firstly, we would like to deliver our gratitude for your support and contribution during the preparation of ICEBM UNTAR 2019. At this moment, the event is getting closer and the preparation is almost 100%

complete.

On this occasion, we would like to inform you about an update related to the publication of articles that will be presented in this event. Initially, we explored the cooperation with EAI Publisher that will issue the Proceedings as well as registering the indexation to Scopus. However, as time goes by, we have acquired some information from other seminar organizers (that previously have ever cooperated with EAI) and we conclude that this Publisher bears the risk of not being able to register the indexation of Proceedings to Scopus. Other information we acquired from the assessor of SINTA Scientific Journal (The Indonesia Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education), mentions that a reputable International Proceedings in the category of social science can be registered for indexation to Web of Science (WoS). This WoS index is recorded by SINTA and the Author’s h-index can be seen in SINTA website. Based on the information above and in order to minimize the risk of failure related to ICEBM 2019 article indexation process, finally the ICEBM Organizing Committee decides to replace the Proceedings Publisher from EAI (Scopus-indexed) to Atlantis Press (WoS-indexed).

As Organizing Committee, we do apologize to you for this inconvenience. We hope that all articles published in ICEBM 2019 can get indexation and published in internationally reputable database.

And last but not least, please kindly find the Conference Program as well as the Parallel Session Schedule that have been attached below.

Menurut saya tidak masalah asal ada kejelasan: apakah WOS atau Scopus. Mudah2an kalau sistem SINTA sudah dapat mensinergi artikel WOS maka publish di platform WOS pun memiliki keuntungan tersendiri. Mohon Pak bisa diforward ke saya acceptance letter untuk artikel kedua yg judulnya "Why I should run my own business" sebagai arsip saya.

Appendix for Paper ID 45 :

 It would be great if you do the hypothesis testing for the relationship between motivation and types of business.

 Add more explanations about the results of the study.

 Please check the citation and table of reference.

 The introduction section shall be added with the previous study.

 Current literature review especially in the last five years shall be embedded in the paper.

 The limitation of the research and implications for future research shall be discussed in the conclusion section. What can other countries learn from this study?

 Typo error shall be revisited.

 English grammatical order needs to be improved.

 Assure that citation in text shall be also included in the Reference list and vice versa.
