Excavation
• Soil excavation for foot plate foundation is carried out based on the construction drawings (ensure the length, width and depth of the foundation).
The wall of the foundation soil excavation is made in a ratio of 1:5 for unsavory soil types and for stable soil types, it can be made in a ratio of 1:10 or it can also be made upright to the ground surface where the foundation is laid
• Cover excavation sloping by plastic sheet to avoind landslides

Foot Plate
Foundation Bed Cushion
• Before making the foundation bed cushion, ensure the compaction of ground under Foot Plate Foundation as follow to the construction drawing (specification/ design instruction)
• Marking the boundary of Foundation Foot Plate, to obtain the foundation centre line and to form the bed cushion dimension
• Bed cushion is laid under Foot Plate Foundation as installation base of rebaring with the thickness & concrete grade as follow to the construction drawing (specification/ design instruction)
• Marking the boundary of Foot Plate Foundation, to easy round bars installation as follow to the construction drawing

Rebaring
Rebars Fabrication
• The round steel bars were used as per quality and diameter (specifications) according to the construction drawings. In addition of reinforcing specification tolerance is refer to SNI-2847-2019 or GB50204-2002)
• Round steel rebars bending shall be bent cold (bending dimensions is refer to SNI-2847-2019 or GB50204-2002)
• Reinforcement fabrication is carried out outside the installation work area
• The round steel bars that have been cutted is marked according to its placement, so as not to confuse/waste time when it will be installed
Rebars Reinforcement & Installation
• Round steel bars installation in Foot Plate is accordance with the construction drawings (specification tolerence is refer to SNI 2847-2019 or GB50204-2002)
• Rebaring is placed on the marking of Foot Plate boundary and it does not touch to bed cushion surface, the concrete protective layer as follow to construction drawings (specification/ design instruction)

Formwork
• Before formwork installation, ensure to mark the base and make a guide line as the center of foot plate
• Formwork installation use predetermined materials (easy to install and dismantle, as well as the formwork must be strong and able to withstand the load of concrete)
• Disassembling method for the mold as follow to the concrete aging, it can be carried out according to the SNI 03-2847-2002 standard

Foot Plate
Concreting
• The concrete used in casting follows a predetermined Job Mix Formula, to determine the required mix composition so that the expected concrete quality is obtained.
• When casting the concrete, it mix is leveled and compacted with a vibrator so that the concrete can be solid
• Ensure that the concrete has dried before it is dismantled, then the foundation is filled with fill soil and give a few centimeters for column joints.
