The solution to scaling up community empowerment programs is to monitor/train community empowerment managers so that they can maximize coordination and communication, both with other community empowerment managers and Kampung Zakat managers.

If the funds have been met, the programs that have not been implemented will be quickly implemented, especially in the sectors that are in these community empowerment programs. The problem of Kampung Zakat in dealing with community empowerment is that there is a lack of funds, while the funds used for this program are still minimal, so they have not been able to empower many people/mustahiq, and have not been able to carry out other programs while still focusing on livestock programs. It really needs to be recognized that Kampung Zakat does not exist on social media every time there are activities.
