This project was completed in large part due to the love and support of many influential people in my life. Finally, I am grateful to the Lord for the privilege of attending Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for the past four years.

Acts 8:9-23

It is important to emphasize to the women who are with other women who struggle with bitterness that bitterness is considered a serious sin against God. Rather, they may postpone bitterness, which is connected to the old self and belongs to her past life.

Luke 12:22-34, and Philippians 4:6-9

Another area of concern that may have caused the church to become concerned is in the immediate context of verse 4:6. This problem was so important that Paul had to inculcate the help of others in the church (4:3).

Colossians 3:22

When there is an opportunity to come together with a woman struggling with perfectionism, it is important to point her back to the Lord and His Word and help her develop a dependence on the Lord. Therefore, when there is an opportunity to get together with a woman who struggles with people pleasing, it will be important to get to the root of the problem and help her understand that she is basically seeing after other people to be her rock, stronghold and refuge instead of the Lord.

1 Peter 3:1-5

Rather, it should consist of what is in the heart with the impermanent quality of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in God's sight. Finally, women who struggle with self-image also struggle with a heart that fears man, not God.

Hebrews 13:17;

Women Counseling Women Who Struggle with Perfectionism

To better understand what some of the bad fruit might be, the counselor should ask questions like, "How is she acting, reacting, and responding to her heat?" "What does she feel?" "What did she do?" "What words. To discern what may be going on in Taylor's heart, questions can be asked, such as, "What do you want, desire, desire, covet, and desire?" "What desires do you serve and obey?" "How would you complete this, I need to have_____ in order to be happy, fulfilled and satisfied." "What do you seek, aim for, and pursue?" "What are your goals and expectations?" Once the counselor recognizes their particular display of pride related to pleasing their people, she should be encouraged to turn from sin through confession and repentance, and turn her attention to God and strive to be one that pleases God. , while remaining in Christ. One who pleases God is more concerned about what is happening in the inner man, because that is what is precious to God.

Partnership Approach with Women Counseling Women

It is particularly noteworthy that three of the eleven students experienced great trials in their lives during this course. The implementation of the Women's Counseling Women course was met with anticipation and excitement both by the students and me as a professor. A third strength of the project was having a gender-specific class – all the students were women.

The second weakness of the project was that some students were new to biblical counseling.
