He called me to work at the age of 19 and I can't imagine doing anything else in my life. Thirdly, I would like to personally thank my parents for talking to me about the gospel, leading me to Jesus and raising me to follow him as a faithful servant in his church. Thank you for being an example of the gospel in our home, a model of a God-fearing marriage, giving me a Christian education and encouraging me to follow Jesus every day.

INTRODUCTION

Because of the church's failed mission to disciple Gen Z, White calls this teenage generation "the first truly post-Christian generation, and numerically the largest. The theological significance of "the likeness of God" is inscribed in humanity, perpetuated by their descendants (Gen. 5:1-3).32 Matthew Fretwell explains, “The cultural mandate is much like the Great Commission—a direct command from the Creator to “be fruitful and multiply” (Gen 1:26 -28; Matthew 28:18-20).

Stein writes: "The forgiveness of sins is a present recognition of the future eschatological forgiveness at the final judgment."92 Jesus makes it clear that God. Hughes and Chapell explain, “The balance between life and doctrine is the key to spiritual success.

Create Six-Session Guidebook

First, student pastors want more teaching from their next generation pastor than their leaders perceive. With seven student pastors on his staff, the next generation pastor may not feel like he has time for more frequent organized coaching. However, student pastors may appreciate more frequent but shorter conversations that contain coaching content.

The data shows that campus pastors are older and have more ministry experience than the next generation pastor. These data show that campus pastors are a great asset to student pastors in terms of ministry and personal development coaching. While more frequent coaching meetings may seem redundant, using frequent conversations about personal and ministerial development can prove beneficial.

Both the personal and ministry sides of a student teacher are thoroughly covered, as well as a full exploration of student culture and development. The whole person of the student teacher, both inside and outside the ministry, is addressed in detail. The reason this is true is because, while there are some specific programmatic tips and suggestions, it is primarily a set of principles and philosophies for the composition of a student teacher and purpose of student ministry.

It may be useful to include more practices/strategies for developing Student Chaplains through coaching/mentoring.

Develop Student Pastors

The inclusiveness of the project in relation to many ministry factors refers to its incorporation of many doctrines, principles, practices and strategies that culminate in effective disciple-making. Any area of the project can be studied and applied on its own apart from the whole. These areas include, but are not limited to, the basic doctrines of the Old Testament cultural mandate, the biblical strategy for the New Testament Great Commission, the inner and outer calling of a pastor, the spiritual and personal disciplines of a pastor, the Christocentricity of Scripture, a gospel-centered hermeneutics and a missional strategy that makes disciples.

A weakness of the project is not having the space to write more deeply into the disciple-making process. Much of the writing focused on the three essential elements of making disciples of the Great Commission (Bible, Gospel, and Missional) and their. Another weakness of the project was the transition from student ministry to Global Student Pastor while in the middle of the project.

A third weakness of the project was not taking the opportunity to personally train the campus pastors through the guidebook. While the Next Gen Pastor is responsible for the philosophy and strategy of ministry supervision with the student pastors, the campus pastors are the day-to-day supervisors of the student pastors. They are the ones who see how the vision of the student ministry is carried out on their local campus.

A final weakness of the project is not requiring the student teachers to train their volunteer teams using the guidebook.

INTRODUCTION

MISSION

THE GOD-GIVEN VISION OF FREEDOM IS TO LAUNCH CAMPUSES WITHIN A 30 MINUTE DRIVE OF EVERY HOME IN HAMPTON ROADS AND LAUNCH GROUPS WHERE OUR PEOPLE ARE. 2 Liberty is a multi-site church with the express purpose of spreading the loving arms of Jesus around Hampton Roads. Instead of inviting Hampton Roads' nearly two million people to visit Liberty's original campus in the town of Hampton, God called Liberty to launch campuses across Hampton Roads for wider influence and a more accessible church.

Not only has God called Liberty to establish a campus within a 30-minute drive of every home in Hampton Roads, but God has also called Liberty to establish groups wherever Liberty people are. While Liberty's campuses primarily offer the people of Hampton Roads an opportunity to worship, Liberty's groups offer the people of Hampton Roads to gather and grow together in community.
