ABOUT THE AUTHOR(S)
Nurul Hidayati is a lecturer and researcher at Department of Management Faculty of Economics and Management IPB University. Her interest topics for research are production and operation management, marketing, and quality management. Several publication were published by her. One of them is article with the title “Peramalan dan Penentuan Target Produksi Kedelai Nasional”. It published at Risalah Kebijakan Pertanian dan Lingkungan Vol 7. Numb 1 2020. Thera is a book chapter of Program Book of SAMI 2021: Responses to Covid 19 for Sustainable Agriculture Transformation from the outher, entitled
“Alternative Healthy Menu During The Pandemic For Sustainable Agri-Food Supply Chain 5.0”.
Eko Ruddy Cahyadi is an associate professor in Management at Department of Management Faculty of Economics and Management IPB University. He is a Head of Production and Operation Division in Department of Management. He holds a PhD in Economics from Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany and Master degree in Management from Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia. His research interests include production and operation management, technology and innovation adoption, supply chain management and project management. He also currently works as national expert in Monitoring and Evaluation at Global Quality and Standard Programme (GQSP), United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
