To Timothy, Daniel and Hannah, our children, who keep me learning To those people who carry out the Great Commission, who keep me inspired. To the great people of Central Georgia Vietnamese Baptist Church who have participated in training and partnered with me in local mission fields. I know he will continue to guide my path as I continue to carry out the great commission to the changing world.

INTRODUCTION

The church must reach out and bring the gospel to the other 90 percent of the lost in the region. Thus, God's mission shows the foundation for personal evangelism within the context of the old covenant. Thus, personal evangelism during field initiatives is a clear necessity and must be visible in the life of the believer.

Personal evangelism revolves around the needs of the lost as well as the sacrifice of Christ. The teaching ministry of the Church (i.e. Magisterium) is also considered to be equivalent to the Bible and tradition.

Pre-Training

The personal evangelism training project was divided into four phases as follows: (1) pre-training, (2) training, (3) practice, (3) and post-training. During the church announcement, I called out the names of the 15 shortlisted candidates for the congregation. These fifteen prospective interns were recruited from the church members who had previously completed the church-wide survey to participate in personal evangelism training.

I briefly mentioned to the congregation that all recruits selected from church members had to meet certain criteria to participate in the training. The reason for this standard was to ensure that participants would take the training seriously and that the church had a desire for key members of the congregation to grow in their understanding of personal evangelism and develop a passion for sharing the gospel. After the completion of the seven training sessions, there were two weeks of evangelism practice.

All participants agreed to provide their information as well as their perception of the personal evangelism practice that it might have. The results of the questionnaire were used as a starting point for evaluating the effectiveness of the training. The same questionnaire was also given at the end of the training to review.

As can be seen from the test results (see Appendix 6), the personal evangelism training had a positive impact on the participants, especially in the following areas: an 84 percent increase in the Bible.

Training Week 4 Week 4

Believers share the gospel because we care and because the Lord commands us to. As Payne explains, "It is the Greek word euaggelion that is translated 'gospel' and 'good news.'"2 What is the good news—the gospel—. Nelson's New Illustrated Bible Dictionary defines "gospel" as "the joyful good news of salvation in Jesus Christ."3 The Gospel of Mark begins with "The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God" (1:1), with the word “gospel” referring to the story of Jesus.

The Lord Jesus proclaimed the gospel of the kingdom (Matt. and told his followers that the gospel would be preached in all the world (Matthew 24:14). Paul notes that the gospel "is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Rom 1:16 ) First, Christians must have a love for sharing the gospel—since effective sharing begins with caring.

This truth serves as the foundation of the gospel and is the ideal passage to present the purpose of Christ's sacrificial death on the cross. It began with prayer for the concerns of the participants and the topic was how to share the gospel with religious neighbors. Therefore, Christians must share the gospel with Catholics in order to win them to God. 13.

Practicing Week 11 Week 11

The discussion with its answers would be of great help to participants learning to be fruitful witnesses for God's kingdom (see Appendix 8). At the end of the session, I assigned all participants to do the following: (1) Think about who your neighbors are; (2) make a prayer list of friends or people you might consider witnessing to; (3) have prayer points for them; and (4) practice a presentation of the gospel. On Friday, March 23, 2018, I asked the participants to complete the Personal Evangelism Field Report (Appendix 7) and send their questions for discussion and evaluation.

By discussing the needs of the participants, the training addressed the main issues that the participants were facing during the testimony.

Post-Training Week 13 Week 13

Upon signing the personal commitment card for evangelization (see appendix 9), the participants committed themselves to preaching the gospel at least twice a week. I reminded them that the results of the questionnaire would help me improve my leadership as a pastor, as well as my personal evangelism strategy. In conclusion, I gave closing words of gratitude and praise to all the participants of the personal training for evangelization.

The third objective was to train participants in personal evangelism using a nine-week teaching series. This objective was measured using a pre- and post-series questionnaire to assess congregation members' understanding and practice of personal evangelism (see Appendix 5). This objective was measured as follows: (1) participants participated in a four-hour personal evangelism initiative in the surrounding area.

Ninety-three percent of participants completed the field evangelism personal report and 100 percent of participants signed the commitment card. The second recognized strength was the willingness of participants to carry out evangelism and personal contact. The project was about training God's people how to do personal evangelism and lead lost souls into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

It appears that most participants experienced the reported encounters before completing personal evangelism training.

The first part of the questionnaire will focus on obtaining demographic information about the group participation in the personal evangelism project. The responses will allow for statistical analysis and comparison of the pre- and post-project questionnaires. I feel confident in what should be included in the gospel when I present it to lost people.

The "Great Commission" in the New Testament is a biblical commandment to go forth and make disciples of Jesus Christ. World mission activity is rooted in God's call to the nation of Israel in the Old Testament. The answers will allow statistical analysis and comparison of the questionnaires before and after the project.

World mission activity is rooted in God's call to the nation of Israel in the Old Testament. His birth, life, death and resurrection recorded in the Bible are recognized by many people around the world. Third, archeology today is proving more and more that the events of the Bible are true, not a myth.

Each of us can experience the promises of the Bible in our own lives.

24:14 -- 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world as a testimony to all nations and then the end will come. 28:19b-20a – 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Luke And when they bring you before the synagogues, leaders and authorities, do not worry about how to defend yourself or what to say, 12 because the Holy Spirit will teach you in that hour what you should say".

Where would we be if the church or individual did not try to do their part in God's work. What will we do as individuals and as a church to achieve them.

SHARING JESUS CHRIST IN ALL PLACES

So the preaching of God flourished, the number of disciples in Jerusalem multiplied greatly, and a large group of priests became obedient to the faith (Acts 6:7). And he said to them: Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation (Mark 16:15). Receive the living Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (Revelation 3:20) - Repent (pray for them and pray with them).

Point that person to Christ by asking, I'd like you to read John 6:47 -- Welcome to God's family. First, ask the person you want to share the gospel with: in your personal opinion, what do you think a person needs to get to heaven and have eternal life. God so loved the world: He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16).

By grace you are saved through faith, and that is not of yourselves; it is the gift of God—not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you were to go down the street and someone asked you to come back, what would he or she ask you to do? Understanding what we have shared by asking the person with whom you share the gospel: would you like to receive this forgiveness, believing in Christ as your personal Savior and Lord.

If the answer to question 5 is “No,” thank the person for their time.

Let the Bible speak by asking the person to read the verse aloud (Chain your Bible)
