The third goal was for the congregation in the chapel to begin to enjoy the benefits of having regular family worship by gaining greater joy in the Holy Spirit, deeper assurance of God's love, and more trust and confidence in Christ as the way. One of the more important benefits was establishing God's ways in the life training of each family member. My goal in this was to address the prevailing lack of biblical literacy and encourage the congregation with the unity of scripture, especially in the area of God's plan of redemption for mankind.
Abraham must be the channel through which salvation would come to the people of the earth (Gen 12:3). The single most important expression of the perpetuation of the things of God in the home is family and personal worship. The history of the nation of Israel indicates that her leader's constant attention to the ways of God was necessary for the nation to continue.
Once again, the endurance of the nation of Israel is based on the ability of one generation to pass on God's ways to the next. Second Peter 1:3-10 indicates that the responsibility and disposition of the redeemed will be to continually grow in the knowledge of God. Most of the evils that abound among us arise from the defects of family worship. 1.

The historical, orthodox understanding points one in the direction of the necessity of hard work He writes that children must be brought up in the ways of God "for God's glory, the common good of the Republic, the welfare of the church of the Lord Christ and the salvation of the children."13.
Family worship events are what help put the church's preaching and teaching in the minds of the congregation. Louis Berkhof speaks of the historically orthodox position by stating that the means of grace are the word of God and the sacraments of baptism and the Lord's Supper. Wayne Grudem's Systematic Theology discusses the means of grace in the context of the church.
Children were seen as assets to the family farm and the continuation of the family business was expected and normal with the sons. The habit of daily investing in the word of God and getting others to do the same is one of the most far-reaching and most important things a person can do. This aspect of the project culminates not only in a multi-month focus for the Congregation, but also in a multi-year educational investment that will hopefully be very beneficial to the kingdom of God in the future.
A second weakness in the project's methodology was the short period left for post-project evaluation.

Language, purpose and authority, "...I have chosen him to command his children and his household after him..." - the word "command". This authority is held in the tension of goodness and discernment, as the key to leading children with this kind of urgent message and way of life is given in the text of at least the week…Eph 6…so as not to grieve the children (many see this as commandment… is not… the commandment is to teach and guide them in the way of God and in doing so not to embitter them and give them reason to reject God and His ways. Tell Joshua - the servant of Moses for more than 50 years, leads the beginning of the conquest of the land and the distribution to the 12 tribes of Israel, a very strong leader completely devoted to the ways of God.
Second unexpected event - the destruction of the evil servant (isn't this too hard?) [no]. This is the person who does not understand the word of the kingdom that he hears. There are different ways to hear the word without benefit - the difference in the spiritual aspects of each soil type can be described in the only area of understanding.

Some of the real power of this parable comes from the way it so contradicts the audience's (mis)understanding of God and His purpose of redemption. The scribes and Pharisees expected the hammer to fall when the son returned - the son's entire future now depended entirely on the father's mercy.
A perfect symbol of the Pharisees - absolutely no appreciation for the father's grace because he thought he didn't need it. To share the Master's own joy and the joy of all the saved is the glory of the life hereafter. Realizing our great need and inability, even with great power, to achieve even one undefiled goal – the design of this realization is not to despair, but to run to Christ.
HOME WORSHIP HELPS
God's Word, found in the Old and New Testament Scriptures, is the only rule that guides us on how we can praise and enjoy Him.
