Both places have seen success with the upgrading of the core team, as well as an overall commitment to the church. The role of sanctification in the believer's life is central in the New Testament church. The lead pastor must work to instill a strong commitment to the early days of the new community from the core team.

Prayer is prayer, it is "the offering of our requests to God."26 Prayer is fundamental in the believer's life. The Christian must hold the truth of the gospel in one hand and the love of God in the other. In the New Testament, the unity of God is shown in many of the central discourses.

In other words, the doctrine of justification by faith alone is the foundation of church unity. The pastor wants church members to gather with God's people on Sundays. The ministry budget of the church is financed by the gifts that God's people give every Sunday.

Growth in the discipline of tithing is essential to the long-term financial health of the church member. Then the membership has a clear understanding of the church's driving force and the congregation members' responsibilities. In this session, the core team will learn what role biblical community will play in the life of the new work.

In Acts 2, an estimated five thousand people have gathered to hear from the disciples. The Holy Spirit falls on the crowd and then Peter stands up to

The church must come together in difficult times to bear the burden together. Fourthly, the church must seek each other's good: "Be careful that no one returns evil for evil, but always try to do good to one another and to all" (1 Thess 5:15). Seeking the good of another and building each other up is essentially what it means to live like Christ.

Finally, the Bible compels the church to love one another: “Love one another with brotherly love. To surpass one another is to show honor” (Romans 12:10) Unconditional love means loving someone without any conditions. God modeled unconditional love for all to see when He put His only Son on the cross to die for the sins of mankind.

From this list, the scholarship is the one that includes all the other three. For example, when the church gathers in fellowship, they can open God's word, enjoy food together, and pray. The natural result of a Christian walking with the Lord in His Word will be to become committed to God's Word and biblical community in the local church.

Biblical fellowship takes energy, stamina, and a willingness to prioritize it over other opportunities that arise. Devotion to the early Christians was not casual or trivial, but an effort of conscience. As a result of the believers' devotion to the Word of God, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer began to occur naturally.

People in town, perhaps their neighbors, co-workers, and family, were in "awe" of what was happening (2:43). They did not let distractions get in the way, but lived together in the unity of the gospel. Jesus Christ had changed their lives, and it showed in the way they lived together in community.

The subject of Hebrews 10 is the assurance of faith in Jesus Christ. Regarding Christians living together in biblical fellowship, the author

Biblical fellowship will be a strong way in which the gospel is lived out in the lives of the church outside of the Sunday morning meeting. All these people are found in the first five books of the Old Testament. This is to be the purpose and intent of the spiritual gifts within the local church.

This particular lesson is highly dependent on the lead pastor and the needs of the church we are planting. A large order is not for the select few; it is for the whole church. Wayne Grudem writes: "The evangelistic work of preaching the gospel is the main service that the church has to the world."6 Donald Whitney defines evangelism as "presenting Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit to sinful people, so that through him they can trust in God, accept him as their Savior and serve him as their king in the communion of his Church."7 J.

Jesus speaks of hell, describing it in Matthew 25:41 as "the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels" and in Mark 9:43, 48 as "the unquenchable fire. Living a life that promotes the gospel by intentionally befriending lost people is essential to the mission of the Church. From beginning to end, the Bible tells the story of God's work for and among all the peoples of the world.15 Throughout the pages of Scripture, God deliberately put his sovereign hands in the relentless pursuit of the salvation of nations to his glory.16 Christopher Wright writes: “The whole Bible gives us the story of God's mission through God's people in their involvement in God's world for the sake of all creation of God." 17.

Though evil progressed, Noah and his family found favor in the sight of the Lord. God's missionary heart is seen in the story of the Israelites in exile in Egypt under Pharaoh (Exodus 1-12). God's heart for the world is seen through the prophecy and foreshadowing of Jesus Christ in all pages of the Old Testament.

They immediately gather to pray for the advancement of the gospel and the growth of the Church (Acts 1:14). The light and dark contrast of Christ and the world is also seen in the first chapter of John's Gospel. The mission of God should be the central goal for the launch of the new work.

Stetzer writes: “The war that began in a beautiful garden (Genesis) ends on a bloody battlefield. Revelation).”24 In these early pages of Genesis, the reader quickly realizes that in addition to God, there is another supernatural figure involved, Satan. He says, "all saints." Paul wants others to be on the mind of the church.

CONCLUSION

Do you believe that core team training meetings were a key part of the success of your campus launch and initial growth? Did the core team training meetings equip you after the initial campus launch, including for your post-launch Christian walk. A chief pastor must consider several factors when planning the times when he will meet with the core team.

The sending church pastor must be deliberate and clear in his call for people to join the core team of the new work. Through the training sessions, lead the core team to glorify God in worship through their daily lives. At various points throughout the training, the head teacher should consider mobilizing the core team to participate in training objectives outside of normal session times.

This can be a tight-knit team that goes out after one of the training sessions and then gets back together to discuss the results. Third, a specific time of worship and prayer should be scheduled in the week before the launch, reserved specifically for the core team. Mobilizing the core team to gather one last time in worship and prayer before launch will be one of the sweetest moments of the training.

It will be the last time the core team will ever be together like this again. Mobilizing the core team for important moments outside of normal training will help in the planning phase of the new work. This project also allows others to effectively lead the core team training if the lead pastor is unable to do so for some reason.

However, this material is scalable and can be manipulated to meet the needs of the head pastor and core team. He may be trying to find the right materials to teach the core team. The success of a church plant will increase if time is spent training the core team of people.
