ILO-2: To formulate and operate conversion processes of biological resources into bio-based value added materials related to food, feed, fuels, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, biomaterials or biochemicals.
ILO-3: To design biological reaction and reactors including its materials, instrumentation, control, and modeling.
ILO-6: To perform practical tasks related to the field of bioprocess by promoting a sense of responsibility, measurability, voluntary, initiative and ethical.
Objectives
Knowledge: familiarity with knowledge and principles of fermentation in identifying, formulating and solving problems in the field of bioprocess technology, and also know how to design a fermenter with its system.
