ILO-1: An ability to use engineering principles in designing technology products related to the field of agricultural engineering science ILO-2: To formulate and operate conversion processes of biological resources into bio-based value added materials related to food, feed, fuels, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, biomaterials or bio-chemicals.
ILO-3: To design biological reaction and reactors including its materials, instrumentation, control, and modeling

5) Rancangan Bujur sangkar Latin 6) Rancangan Split-plot
7) Analisis varian (ANOVA) 8) Pengujian data
9) Analisis trend dengan regresi 10) Software untuk analisis data
Laboratory practice:
1. Mengenal software statistic untuk desain eksperimen 2x 2. Memprogram software untuk desain eksperimen 2x
3. Praktek menganalisis dengan menggunakan software DOE 3x
