Apparent Diffusion Coefficient (ADC) is used to examine the physiology and molecular properties of the brain in order to diagnose brain tumor. O6-methylguanine-DNA

methyltransferase (MGMT) promoter methylation also plays a role as a molecular biomarker related to brain tumor. However, there are limited studies regarding the role of ADC and MGMT in the diagnosis of meningioma. It was found that the increase of tumoral ADC values
and mRNA MGMT expression is inversely associated with meningioma grades.
