The results of the study showed that the analysis of the speech is separated into three stages they are; opening, content and closing. In the opening section, the speaker refers to the history, what are the United States has been through and the struggles. The content of the speech shows that the speaker has intention just like many others politician where she wants America is lead by right person so that United States can lead other countries as well. Thus, in this content, Condoleezza also persuades society (the audiences) to follow and choose what she believes, that is choosing the right candidates such Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. Finally, the closing statement is strengthening the argument where she convinced Americans that United States will be great if it is lead by those two candidates.
