CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

5.1 Conclusion

Jam made from apple peels and banana peels is a jam product that utilizes the remaining waste from fruit peels (apple peels and banana peels). This is very beneficial, because apple peels and banana peels themselves contain essential nutrients needed by the body.

Jam from apple peels and banana peels is processed in the best possible way to maintain the nutritional content in the product. The jam product made from apple peels and banana peels has a net weight of 340 g with a total of 53 kcal calories per serving. 5.2 Suggestion
