H.cressidaand euphemiaareverycloselyalliedinthe male. Ihave a longseriesofmalesthatIcannotcertainly assign to either.

The

abdominaltufts ofthe femalesare so different in colorthatspecimens of thissex cannotbeconfused. Ihave thelarvae ofeuphemia,but those of cressida have not been received.

The

two species occur together. Ihavefemalesof both from Cuernavaca andJalapa.
