Kasmawati, Tahun 2021, “Persepsi Guru Dalam Konsep Pendidikan (Studi Pada Penerapan Merdeka Belajar Di Sma Negeri 5 Takalar)”.Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap penerapan merdeka belajar dan faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan merdeka belajar di SMA Negeri 5 Takalar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi.

Sumber data yang diolah merupakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Dan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif

Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi guru terhadap penerapan merdeka belajar di SMAN 5 Takalar adalah dengan menerapkan merdeka belajar siswa-siswa SMAN 5 Takalar akan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan diri mereka karena diberikan kebebasan dalam proses pembelajaran, namun pemahaman secara terperinci yang dimiliki oleh guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa masih sangatlah minim dan Faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan merdeka belajar adalah kurangnya pemahaman yang dimiliki oleh guru, siswa, dan orang tua murid sehingga menghambat tujuan dari proses penerapan merdeka belajar dan juga kurangnya fasilitas yang tersedia dalam proses penerapan merdeka belajar.

This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions of the application of independent learning and the factors that become obstacles in implementing independent learning at SMA Negeri 5 Takalar. This type of research used in research is qualitative. The data sources that are processed are primary data sources and secondary data.

The results of the research in this study are the teacher's perception of the implementation of independent learning at SMAN 5 Takalar is that by implementing independent learning the students of SMAN 5 Takalar will be able to improve their own abilities because they are given freedom in the learning process, but the detailed understanding of the teachers, students , and parents of students are still very minimal and the factor that becomes an obstacle in implementing independent learning is the lack of understanding possessed by teachers, students, and parents of students so that it hinders the purpose of the process of implementing independent learning and also the lack of facilities available in the process of implementing independent learning .
