A study has conducted on the development of chemistry labs manual based green chemistry for the first semester of XII science class of senior high school.
The background of this study is the importance of the implementation of the chemistry lab at the school. In reality, chemistry lab is rarely done due to limited equipment and materials as well as schools that have not had laboratories yet.
Based on this problem is developed green chemistry lab based.the purpose to be achieved in the development of this practical guide is to produce a valid and practical chemical lab guiding.
This research is a developmental research by using 4D Models that consist of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, in this research the disseminate phase was not done because of the limited time. Guidance lab was validated by 3 validators and tested on 10 chemistry teachers in Bukittinggi and 37 students of XII science class of senior high school who are from Xaverius Senior High School Bukittinggi and Taruna Bangsa Senior High School Bukittinggi to see the level of practicality guiding chemistry lab. The data validity and practicality were obtained through the validation sheet of guiding chemistry lab and chemistry lab sheet in the form questionnaire responses of teachers and students were analyzed descriptively by statistical tests using kappa moment.
Based on the calculation, it was obtained that the kappa moment in validity test was 0.87 with very valid category. The practicalities test of the teachers, high school students in Xaverius Bukittinggi And Taruna Bangsa Bukittinggi successively obtained was 0.82; 0.83 and 0.84 with very practical category. This lab guidance can be used as a guide for practical implementation in the first semester of xii science class in senior high school. In addition, it can also be used as a reference for developing practical guidance based green chemistry for other chemical materials.

Telah dilakukan suatu penelitian mengenai pengembangan penuntun praktikum berbasis green chemistry untuk semester ganjil kelas XII IPA SMA.
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelaksanaan praktikum kimia di sekolah. Tetapi kenyataannya, praktikum kimia jarang dilakukan karena terbatasnya alat dan bahan serta sekolah yang belum yang belum memiliki Laboratorium. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dikembangkan penuntun praktikum kimia berbasis green chemistry.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam upaya pengembangan penuntun praktikum ini adalah untuk menghasilkan penuntun praktikum kimia yang valid dan praktis .
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan 4D Models yang terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan) dan disseminate (penyebaran). Namun, pada penelitian ini tahap penyebaran tidak dilakukan karena keterbatasan waktu.
Penuntun praktikum di validasi oleh 3 orang validator dan diujikan kepada 10 orang guru kimia di kota Bukittinggi dan 37 orang siswa kelas XII IPA SMA yang berasal dari SMA Xaverius Bukittinggi dan SMA Taruna Bangsa Bukittinggi untuk melihat tingkat kepraktisan penuntun praktikum kimia. Data penelitian uji validitas dan praktikalitas diperoleh melalui lembar validasi penuntun praktikum kimia dan lembar praktikalitas penuntun praktikum kimia berupa angket respon guru dan siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan uji statistik menggunakan momen kappa.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, didapatkan momen kappa pada uji validitas sebesar 0,87 dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji praktikalitas terhadap guru, siswa SMA Xaverius Bukittinggi dan siswa SMA Taruna Bangsa Bukittinggi berturut- turut diperoleh sebesar 0,82; 0,83 dan 0,84 dengan kategori sangat praktis.
Penuntun praktikum ini dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan praktikum di semester ganjil kelas XII IPA SMA. Selain itu, juga dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mengembangkan penuntun praktikum kimia berbasis green chemistry untuk materi kimia yang lain.
