INTRODUCTION
Globalization brings great changes to the world community. This change is not a trivial matter about progress and convenience in the field of science and technology alone, bt is able to change all aspects of life. Media technology is increasingly sophisticated, allowing people to see various aspects of life and different belief systems, witness other people in various lifestyles, various ethnic groups and religions and languages. The revolution in information technology and transportation has changed a very wide world as big as an area.(Muliawati 2019)

which also has an impact on our country, Indonesia. lost his identity.(Faiz und Kurniawaty 2022)Ethics is a branch of philosophy that deals with good or bad human behavior.(Saepullah 2021)Meanwhile, the Minister of Religion Alamsyah Ratu Perwiranegara created three concepts of religious harmony which are also called "Tri religious harmony."(Amirullah 2021)
Various very alarming upheavals occurred in society. global competition without compassion is the most prominent feature, various political and religious conflicts have emerged, juvenile delinquency and radical sects have begun to bloom, the Indonesian nation has faced a process of losing local wisdom, starting with the loss of physical aspects, the loss of biological aspects such as forest loss. tropics, and lost the cultural values of civilization.(Hindriana, Suryani und Lismaya 2019)This problem has also reached the world of education, so that it becomes a common concern in order to counteract ideas, actions and attitudes that are not in accordance with the Pancasila ideology. Education makes people not only literate in technology and knowledge but also knows the rules and etiquette (ethics) as guidelines for individual principles in carrying out actions and behavior and understandingbehaviorworth doing. In fact, human life is integrated in people's lives, it must return to God's rules and function as the basis of religion. Islamic Religious Education in the era of globalization is expected to instill ethics and self-control in its students, so that it has a strong filter in order to be able to sort and choose civilizations that are in accordance with the character so as to create a harmonious, safe and peaceful life in the beloved country of Indonesia.(Ibn Rusydi und Siti Zolehah 2018)
In previous studies, many have discussed about One of the impacts of the globalization process related to religious life, namely the depletion of the space for religiosity in human life and ethics is the basis and guideline for a professional in socializing, formed in an iterative process.(Ibn Rusydi und Siti Zolehah 2018)The purpose of learning Islamic Religious Education is to produce students who have faith and piety to Allah SWT, are knowledgeable about Islam and have good character.(Rizkia und Rahmawati 2021; Rosyidin 2017)However, there is still little research on the Development of Global Ethics and the Trilogy of Religious Harmony through Islamic Religious Education.
From some of the problems above, the author aims to examine Why the Implementation of Global Ethics and the Trilogy of Religious Harmony need to be implemented? How is the Development of Global Ethics and the Trilogy of Religious Harmony through Islamic Religious Education?

METHODThe writing of the data is presented descriptively, that is, it contains quotations from manuscripts and documents taken from books and journals that the author reads, presenting facts according to events in the field. It is written using literature research with a qualitative approach and focuses on analyzing the content of the writing which is sourced from primary and secondary data according to the discussion.
RESULTS
The implementation of ethics in life in the era of globalization has 3 reasons; 1. In the global era, people's lives are undergoing rapid transformation, 2. The influence of communication is very broad. 3. The value system of society is in danger of fading away.
The development of global ethics and the trilogy of religious harmony can be implemented with the concept of multicultural education in Islam.(Amirullah 2021)and the practice of QS Al Kafirun verses 1-6 whose main content explains how to deal with differences in religious beliefs, and internal religious communities to create peace and peace by studying the religious trilogy according to people's lives that occurred in Pangkalan Bun, West Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan.
DISCUSSION OF FINDINGS
Globalization has brought great changes in world society. This change is not a
“local” phenomenon but is a “universal” phenomenon that directly affects our living systems. Advances in science and technology, especially technology, transportation and information are so fast that they are almost limitless, greatly affecting the economic, social, cultural and religious fields. increasingly sophisticated, making people able to see various aspects of life and different belief systems, witnessing other peoples in various lifestyles, different religious orientations, various ethnic groups, religions and languages. The revolution in transportation technology and electronic and communication media has changed the world which is very wide to be as big as an area.knowledgeknowledge, tenacity, toughness and in all things. If the diversity that exists in Indonesia is not bound by a rule (ethics) then the unity and integrity will be easily destroyed.(Rosyidin 2017;
Meria 2012)
Ethics or ethics means ethics (English). The Latin word "ethicus" means custom, in Greek ethos which means custom. In terminology, ethics is a branch of philosophy that discusses human actions or good or bad behavior.(M.Ag und M.Hum. (Editors) 2020)Ethics is an act of helping a person or group of people to be responsible for their lives. Ethics is also the study of ways to apply positive character to humans. The
37
application of a beautiful life includes 2 aspects; 1. Learn positive values and their justification. 2 The real life value order and the law make human behavior that supports these values.(Priono 2022)Thus, ethics is one's attempt to understand why, on what basis a person or group of people live according to certain norms, and discuss what can be done. The norms that need to be understood by a person in the order of social life consist of legal norms, norms of decency, norms of decency and religious norms.(Asroni 2021)With the rules, the community will respect diversity, be tolerant of each other and maintain harmony by prioritizing social and community interests. Meanwhile, global according to the KBBI in general, as a whole, covers the whole world. So global ethics are procedures for implementing good life that are able to help a person to find truth values as a whole and implement good values as a habit of "social life with "one heart" and "making agreements" not to create quarrels and disputes".(Hindriana, Suryani und Lismaya 2019)Harmony is a term that is filled with the meaning of "good" and "peaceful". In essence, living together in society with "unity of heart" and "agreeing" not to create quarrels and disputes. If this meaning is used as a reference, then "harmony" is something that society desires.(Anan 2020)If every society takes care of each other and respects and respects each other then harmony will be realized even though the current of globalization is increasingly turbulent. This study aims to determine the meaning of ethics in education(Khalifah 2018)To deal with the turmoil caused by the impact of globalization, a strong filter is needed so that people can control themselves and can sort and choose civilizations that are in accordance with the character of the nation and stick to Pancasila as the theological basis for society and religion, religious awareness andwith Pancasilato create a just and prosperous society.(Mukhlis 2018)
Realizing a life that is prosperous and peaceful requires a rule or ethics so that all people do not live as they please.(Asroni 2021)Ethics is also a guideline for a professional in dealing with other people, socializing and communicating. Ethics is a condition that is imprinted in the soul in the form of a very strong awareness, so that it is able to go through the exposure of an action that is repeated to be able to cultivate a good. Through Islamic education the teacher guides students to do good work consistently and continuously so that they become good habits or habits in everyday life.(Ibn Rusydi und Siti Zolehah 2018)
The step to achieve the trilogy of religious harmony is to internalize the values of religious teachings in human beliefs and lives, making religious teachings more important than all aspects of life. One of the methods formulated by the Minister of Religion Alamsyah Ratu Perwiranegara is "Three religious harmony" includes inter-religious
38
harmony; a. The harmony that existsbetweenpeople of different religions respect each other's beliefs and freedom in practicing their religion. In other words, it can be interpreted that the togetherness between religious communities is based on mutual acceptance and respect, religious harmony b. Internal harmony of religious communities, namely mutual respect for one's beliefs and understanding of religious orders, in this case related to the schools followed and others. c. Harmony between religious communities and the government. Religious harmony starts from inculcating the value of civilization in schools, namely students who work together even though they have different religions.(Rosyidin 2017; Faiz und Kurniawaty 2022)This trilogy of religious harmony can be seen in the order of people's livesin variousareas in Indonesia. The author examines the harmony of life that exists in the Pangkalan Bun community, West Kotawaringin, where the Pangkalan Bun community consists of various ethnic groups, namely Javanese, Madurese, Batak, Banjar, Dayak, Sundanese, with different cultures and languages and even different religions and beliefs.
but the people of the base Bun still live in harmony, respect and respect each other's religious teachings, can work well together even though they live side by side with neighbors of different religions. There are many religions in Pangkalan Bun, West Kotawaringin, Islam, Krestin, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Keharingan, There are even places of worship side by sidein the areaNatai Suka, Kumai sub-district, Kotawaringin Barat and in the Pasir Panjang area, Arut Selata sub-district, this shows an extraordinary harmony of life that should be imitated by other regions or regions. In addition, the people of Pangkalan Bun have faith in practicing the teachings of Islam with different schools of thought but can coexist peacefully. This is what the author studied when learning PAI at SDIT Al Manar Pangkalan Bun, where students practicedproceduresablution and prayer differ according to the school of thought adopted by his family, and that does not become a problem either in the art of judgment or in association that triggers division. That is a small example of the internal harmony of religious people who respect each other's beliefs. Then the people of Pangkalan Bun really appreciate the applicable government regulations, this can be seen by the absence of any conflict between the government and the community in the policies taken.(Ahmad 2018; Marinda 2020)

every religion must strive to create inter-religious harmony, maintain inter- religious harmony, and inter-religious harmony and government so that people can live together even though there are many differences.(Dianto 2021; Maulana 2020; Santoso ua 2021)Islam teaches to live in peace, harmony and tolerance, please help according to the word of Allah Al-Quran surah Al Kafirun verses 1-6 and QS. Al Maidah verse 2 which means: "And please help you in doing good and piety and do not help in sinning and enmity." From these two verses it is very clear that they provide lessons for us to always live in harmony, help each other in goodness, respect each other (tolerance), respect differences, establish friendship and brotherhood, realize that differences are sunnatullah, and make differences as a tool. to compete in doing good is not even an arena for division. This is also in accordance with the 1945 Constitution article 29 paragraph 2 which states that "The state guarantees the independence of each resident to embrace their respective religions and worship according to their religion and beliefs".
Shows that the Indonesian population adheres to their respective religions, in the sense that the Indonesian population is religious and believes in the one and only God.(Dianto 2021; Ahmad 2018b; Amirullah 2021; Santoso ua 2021)
Islamic Religious Education is the basis of teachings contained in Islam, sourced from the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith which are listed in the three basic formulations of Islamic teachings, namely aqidah, sharia and morals. Akidah is the elaboration of the concept of faith, the syarikat is the elaboration of the concept of Islam and ihsan is the result of the application of morality. The three basic principles developed into Islamic studies, including studies related to technology.(Zaen 2018; Sudrajat 2018)
While the concept of Islamic Religious Education leads students to master and practice these teachings in everyday life, emphasizing the integrity and integration between the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains. The purpose of Islamic Religious Education is to form students who believe and are devoted to Allah SWT, have extensive knowledge and have good morals.(Ismail 2018; Rahman 2018; Maulana 2020)In line with and in line with the goals that the community wants to achieve to improvelevela better life, this can be realized throughpracticeReligious values. This goal is actually the main mission sent by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Instilling ethics in students through learning Islamic religious education at every school level is expected to be a strong filter for students' personalities. The efforts made by PAI teachers consciously provide guidance to students to behave in accordance with Islamic teachings so that the values contained in

Islamic Religious Education can be a bridge so that students have multicultural insight, provide messages and advice and internalize multicultural values in order to overcome conflict. Thus, religious education is related to mental-spiritual development which can further underlie human behavior in various fields of life.(Ulfah, Hidayah und Trihastuti 2021)Changes in people's lives in the global era are described in table 1 then there are basic reasons that become the need for rules that make community guidelines in communicating and establishing relationships with others are described in table 2, the concept of harmony between religious communities in the global era is in table 3, and in Table 4 describes the concept of multicultural education in Islam.

Society's View of Globalization
Community Response to globalization
From the three views of the community, the writer can take the middle point that:
The strong rejection of some people towards globalization is a form of imperialism in a new package (neo imperialism).
1 Some people's rejection of the flow of globalization is an attitude of prudence, but do not overdo it so that it causes a person or community member to be trapped in an old mindset without wanting to see the conditions and developments of the times.
2 Absolute acceptance of globalization with the belief that it will bring prosperity in people's lives
2 while the second attitude is to absolutely accept globalization without a filter by not sorting and choosing the changes that come, then the nation's civilization is at stake, it will be easy to shift the values of the nation's civilization which is well known to the world,
3 Having a view in the middle states that globalization contains a dark side
(negative) for society but there is also a positive value
3 while the third view is the best because it accepts change by sorting and choosing if the change has a positive impact it can be applied in life and rejects changes that bring to the negative side

CONCLUSION
Al Maidah verse 2) "And please help you in doing good and piety and do not help in sinning and enmity." These two verses are very clear lessons for us to always live in harmony, help each other in goodness, respect one another (tolerance) respect differences, establish friendship and brotherhood, realize that differences are sunnatullah, and make differences as a tool to compete in doing things. kindness is not even an arena for division in accordance with the 1945 Constitution article 29 paragraph 2.
The application of religious values, especially Islam in multicultural pluralism through the concept of as-Sawiyah (equality), the concept of al-'Adalah (justice), the concept of al-Hurriyah (independence), the concept of tasamuh (tolerance). The application of the content of moral education in every subject and every teacher must pay attention to the ethics or behavior of the students both towards God, which is manifested in the form of worship and towards nature as a standard for the high and low of a human civilization, and the teacher has a very important role in instilling ethics in students so that they become civilized individuals.
