Based on the tables, the students' speech was good after using the dubbing technique in a short animated film. Pre-test was given to know the speaking score of the students before they were taught dubbing technique in short animation film for speaking ability. The second step was treated and applied dubbing technique in short animated films for the students.
The result of the speaking test showed that the students' scores after being taught by Dubbing Technique In Short Animation Movie were higher than before. Dubbing Technique In Short Animation Movie can stimulate students to improve students' speaking ability in 2nd year students of SMPN 3 Makassar.

The third research is conducted Rosdalina, Rahayu and Eripuddin (2015) with their research paper titled "Improving Students' Speaking Skill through Animation Movie At Sixth Grade SDN 002 Ujungbatu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau". Related to their research, This research discovered that the implication of this animation movie can better improve the students' speaking skill in the sixth grade at SDN 002 Ujungbatu in 2014-2015 academic years. The improvement of the students' speaking skills can be achieved after applying Animation Movie within six meetings in two cycles.
The improvement is seen from the improvement result of students' speaking test score in cycle I to cycle II, observation sheets, field notes and speaking test, while the improvement of students' speaking is seen from the improvement of the percentage of indicators. form cycle I to cycle II in the observation checklist. The test was done twice, namely pre-test and post-test, the author presented the students' speaking performance before and after it was applied through dubbing technique in short animation movie. Most students in very good classification and showed an improvement in students' accuracy in speaking. Based on pre- and post-test, it can be concluded that dubbing technique in short animated film could make greater contribution to students' speaking ability, especially in accuracy.
In pretest, the data shows that there was a difference in students' speaking fluency in mean score and standard deviation after given treatment. Based on the frequency of the data, it showed most of the students score in poor. The result showed that the use of dubbing technique with the help of short animated films made students achieve the most in very good classification and also contributed to the fluency of students' speaking.
The use of dubbing technique in a short animated film was able to help improve students' speaking comprehension. The third step was given post-test to the students to know the speaking result of the students after being taught using dubbing technique in short animation film for speaking ability. First was accuracy, based on students' scores and classification in pre- and post-test there were very significant differences.
Then, the students' mean comprehension score from the pre-test was 1.7 and the post-test was 4.55. Practically the theory was accepted and it stimulated the students to improve the speaking ability of the students in the second year of SMPN 3 Makassar in the academic year 2018/2019. The speaking ability of the students of the second year students of SMPN 3 Makassar was very poor before the writer applied the dubbing technique in the animated short film for the speaking ability increased to a good level after the treatment.
FINDINGS AND DISCUSSIONS
Findings
After analyzing data derived from pre-test and pot-test below is the result of data analysis. This means that the students' scores in speaking showed differently than raising scores from the pre-test to the post-test. The data from the pre-test and post-test showed a significant difference of the students' speaking performance in accuracy after given treatment.
In the Pre-Test it shows that the students who received very good classification was none, one student received a good classification (5%), 6 students received a fair classification (30%), 5 students received a poor classification (25%) and 8 students were very poor in classification (40%). While the post-test frequency in fluency was shown, none of the students received poor and very poor classification. The table shows the different score in the pre-test to the post-test after it was given.
The data showed that in the pre-test none of the students got a very good grade, 1 student got a good grade (5%), 2 students got a fair grade (10%), 7 students got a bad grade (35%) and 10 the students had a very high score. poor classification (50%). While the comprehension score in the post-test showed that none of the students scored poor and very poor, 13 students scored very good (65%), 5 students scored well (25%) and 2 students scored fair classification (10%). The total score of the average ranking of students who say that the average score of students in the pre-test is 45.6 and the average score of the post-test is 89.8.
Based on the data, the average score of the students in the post-test was higher than the pre-test, it means that there has been an improvement in the speaking ability of the students.
Discussion
It was concluded that the use of dubbing technique in short animated films was able to make a greater contribution to speaking ability. The test was carried out by the author before and after by dubbing technique in short animation film for speaking ability. It can be proven from the result of the students' total score in pre-test accuracy which was 40 and the post-test was 83 and the students' average score in accuracy from the pre-test which was 2 and the post-test was 4.15.
It was shown that the speaking scores of second grade students of SMPN 3 Makassar were different before and after they were given using the synchronization technique in a short animated film for speaking skills. As can be seen, it was found that the students made good achievements in speaking skills after being taught using the dubbing technique in a short animated film for speaking skills. According to the above description, it was found that in this research, the dubbing technique in a short animated film was effective for speaking ability.
Thus, teachers could try using the dubbing technique in a short animated film in their English classes, especially for speaking skills. For the future researcher; the future researcher should improve this kind of research for the next time and try to analyze the influence of the dubbing technique in a short animated film on speaking ability and make a new collaboration of this method to improve students' speaking ability.
