The effect of applying Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master on the speaking skills of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 17 Medan during academic years 2018/2019. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of applying Hassle Line Strategy Assisted by Kine Master on increasing the speaking skills of the students and to find out that the speaking skills of students are better taught by Hassle Line Strategy Assisted by Kine Master than the conventional method. The result showed that the t-test was 11.9 and the t-table was 1.67, using 0.05 as the significant level of this study.
Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that there has been a significant effect from the implementation of the Hasle Line Strategy Assisted by Kine Master on the students' achievements in speaking, which has made the students more pleasant and more comprehensible in the material . During the process of writing this study, the researcher realized that she needed to learn more about this research. This is the reason why, the researcher interested in conducting this study entitled "The effect of the application of the fight line strategy assisted by Kine Master on the speaking achievements of students". Are students' speaking skills better after being taught the hassle line strategy assisted by Kine Master than the conventional method.

First, it is very important to give students opportunities to practice freely in the classroom so that they can use English in their daily conversation. Students are expected to speak and communicate in English in everyday life, both in written and spoken form. Furthermore, it expands students' speaking practice and students will have an equal opportunity to speak in the classroom.

They were VII-2 as experimental group consisting of 32 and VII-3 as control group consisting of 32 students.

Then, the post-test score was compared to the pre-test score to see if there was an improvement in the Hassle line strategy with the help of Kine Master in speaking. Treatment using the Hassle line strategy with the help of Kine Master was given to the experimental group and the conventional method was given to the control group. The analysis is aimed at obtaining the difference in significance between the experimental groups teaching using the Hassle Line strategy with the assistance of a Kina master. We can conclude that the Hassle Line strategy chosen by the Kine Master has a significant effect on the students' speaking skills. This means that using the Hassle Line strategy chosen by the Kine Master has a significant impact on the students' speaking skills.
Therefore, it can be concluded that Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master can improve students' skills in speaking. The teaching of speaking through the Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master can make the students more enjoyable and deeper understanding in material. After the application of Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master there was development in their speaking.
Therefore, it can be concluded that the Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master was suitable in teaching speaking and the students' speaking skill was better taught by the Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master than by the conventional method. Teaching speaking in the experimental group using the Hassle Line strategy with the help of Kine Master was more effective than teaching speaking without using the Hassle Line strategy with the help of Kine Master. Teaching Speaking Using the Hassle Line Strategy Supported by Kine Master is a role-playing strategy that allows for a broad exploration of perspectives on a particular topic or topic.
In addition, Hassle Line assisted by Kine Master can make learning to speak fun and enjoyable for students. After the application of Hassle Line strategy, assisted by Kine Master, there was improvement in their speaking. The application of Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master had a significant effect on the students' performance in speaking skill.
It means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and that teaching using the Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master has a significant impact on the students' speaking performance. Therefore, it could be concluded that the Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master was suitable for the teaching of speaking and for the students. For the students, as a result of this research, it is proposed to apply the Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master to the speaking skills of the students.
For teachers, using the Hassle Line strategy assisted by Kine Master in speaking English can make students more pleasant to improve their ability to speak English in front of the class.

The data of this study was obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test were of experimental and control group. The data of pre-test and post-test of two groups are calculated using the t-test formula. So, the total and mean score in post-test of experimental group is higher than the total and mean score in pre-test.
From the table above it can be concluded that the total score of the pre-test is 1525 and the average is 47.66. So the total and mean score in the control post-test is higher than the total and mean score in the pre-test. From the above table, the researcher analyzed the Standard Deviation (SD) to know the differences between pre-test and post-test.
After knowing the result of standard deviation in experimental group, the researcher analyzed Standard Deviation (SD) in control group. So those values can be used to find out the result of applying t-test formula. Furthermore, the students can explore their emotional and vocal technique in direct action through a short drama related to specific topic given by the teacher.
It can be seen from the post-test score in the experimental group higher than that of the control, namely it was 2710 with an average of 84.69 while the post-test score in the control group was 1845 with an average of 57.66. Furthermore, the standard deviation shown by the experimental group was 8.12 and the standard deviation shown by the control group was 6.52.
Discussion
Materi pokok: Teks interaksi transaksional lisan dan tulis sederhana tentang nama hari, bulan dan waktu. Dengan strategi garis Hassle menggunakan Kine Master, siswa dapat mengenali jam dengan baik, membaca dengan baik dan benar, mengeja dan menulis jam dengan kata-kata, misalnya jam tiga lewat seperempat. Teks interaksi transaksi: memberi dan meminta informasi terkait nama hari, nama bulan, nama waktu, waktu dalam angka, tanggal dan tahun.
CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

The score post-test in experimental group higher than control group, namely was 2710 with average was 84.69 while score post-test in control group was 1845 with average 57.66.

Penjelasan dan pertanyaan tentang hari, bulan, nama waktu dalam hari, waktu berupa angka, tanggal dan tahun. Artikel tersebut mengacu pada waktu siang, pagi, siang dan malam. Waktu terjadinya peristiwa/kejadian/kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan siswa di sekolah, rumah dan lingkungan sekitar siswa, serta berperilaku adil, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, peduli (toleransi, gotong royong), santun, percaya diri.
Jika memungkinkan, guru dapat menanyakan berapa jumlah anak secara individu sehingga siswa dapat menanggapi perkataan guru. Melalui kegiatan pengumpulan informasi dan asosiasi, siswa dapat mengenal waktu dengan baik, membaca, mengeja dan menulis kata-kata dengan benar selama berjam-jam, misalnya jam tiga lewat seperempat. Di bawah bimbingan dan arahan guru, siswa menuliskan nama hari dan waktu dalam bahasa Inggris.
