1. Kesesuaian dan kelengkapan unsur isi jurnal: Kelengkapan isi jurnal dipenuhi dan ditulis sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan. Artikel terdiri dari Title, lntroduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, dan References. Artikel berisi tentang Pe ngar uh a spe k kognitif dan afe k tif pa da usability.
2. Ruang lingkup dan kedalaman pembahasan: : Substansi artikel sesuai dengan lingkup jumal yaitu menguji seberapa besar pengaruh aspek kognititif dan afektif dalam usability. Dalam artikel ini dibedakan 2 kelompok, yaitu e- learnning dan e-commerce. Penyampaian hasil penelitian dan analisanya disajikan dengan baik.
3. Kecukupan dan kemutakhiran data/informasi dan metodologi: Artikel ini memiliki nilai kebaruan. Keterbaruan artikel ini terletak pada temuan, bila selama ini pengujian usability hanya menitikberatkan pada aspek kognitif, ternyata faktor emosi, afektif ikut memberikan kontribusi, walau dengan bobot yang berbeda. Data yang dipakai sangat lengkap dan mutakhir serta metodologi yang digunakan baik. Dari 64 referensi yang digunakan, sebanyak 24 referensi (80%) merupakan referensi yang mutakhir karena kurang dari 10 tahun. Referensi yang kurang dari 5 tahun sebanyak 28. Sebagian besar rujukan merupakan jurnal internasional
