Meanwhile, in the intervention group there are still respondents with compliance of less than 4 (26.5%) of the respondents.

The post-test adherence level in the control group was at a high adherence level and the intervention group had respondents with a high adherence rate of 8 (53.3%) respondents. In the test to know the difference between pretest and posttest in the intervention and control groups using categorical comparative analysis, not combined using chi-square. The descriptive result indicates the degree of compliance with taking antiretroviral drugs before and after the administration of E-Patuh application in the control group.

From the table it shows almost all the respondents have high compliance with the amount of 12 (80%) in the pretest of the control group. Effect of Nei Guan Acupressure Point as Adjuvant Therapy on Highly Emetogenic Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea-Vomiting in School-Age

Children with Cancer

One of the acupressure points to reduce chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting is the Nei Guan point. This study aimed to determine the effect of Nei Guan acupressure point as adjunctive therapy for highly emetogenic chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in school-age children with cancer. The pathological condition of nausea and vomiting can occur due to a chronic disease that causes weakness in the stomach (Whey).

Also, the study results show that the control group tends to increase the average number of nausea and vomiting, and the vomiting intervals are faster. The Experience of Symptom Cluster and Symptom Alleviation Self-Care in Patients with Head and Neck Cancer: A Qualitative Study

The experience of symptom cluster and symptom relief self-care in patients with head and neck cancer: A qualitative study. The use of self-care methods to treat symptoms is commonly called symptom-relieving self-care. With data on an effective self-care strategy, patients' quality of life can be increased (M.J. Dodd et al., 2001).

Based on the research background, head and neck cancer patients' experiences with symptom cluster and symptom relief self-care and the impact on quality of life must be investigated. The themes indicate the connection and describe the symptom cluster and symptom-relieving self-care among head and neck cancer patients. Self-care interventions will reduce the side effects of treatment and may influence adherence to treatment regimens, thereby increasing quality of life (Williams et al., 2014).

Diet/nutrition/lifestyle changes and herbal treatments are most commonly used by the participants in this study than other self-care methods. Self-care experiences for symptom clusters and symptom relief vary and are highly individualized depending on how individuals respond to the disease and treatment therapy. The importance of proper identification of symptom clusters and the effectiveness of nurses' use of self-care for symptom relief will provide the foundation for the success of disease management to improve patient outcomes.

The Mental Burden of Parents of Children with Thalassemia

A research conducted by Sivansh Inamdar in 2008 found that 60% of parents of children with thalassemia are burdened and stressed due to the chronic nature of the disease. The physical and psychological health of caregivers is negatively affected as a result of the burden placed on them in the caregiving situation. Based on the result, it was found that the level of caregiver burden among parents of children with thalassemia is generally light (50.7%), while 43.7% of respondents perceived a moderate level of burden, and only 5.

Based on the sub-variable of the general stem, the question item with the highest level of burden is about responsibility for the welfare of the child. The fact that most of the respondents were mothers of children with thalassemia is most likely the contributing factor to the high level of burden. This problem is in line with the research done by Prasomsuk, Jetsrisuparp, Ratanasiri, & Ratanasiri, (2007) which revealed that one of the problems experienced by parents of children with thalassemia is getting further treatment for their children, such as splenectomy and blood transfusion. therapy.

In the sub-variable isolation, most of the care staff perceived a mild level of strain (76.1%). It was also revealed that most of the respondents complained about the high cost of taking their children to hospital. In the emotional involvement subvariable, 71.8% of caregivers perceived a mild level of strain.
