This research aimed to determine the Effect of Poverty and Unemployment on Economic Growth in Mas Mas Village in 2019. This type of research used quantitative methods. The populations of this research were the people of Mas Mas Village who were classified as poor and unemployed. The research sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using computer assistance with the SPSS 16.0 program. Simultaneous hypothesis results showed that the significant gain was less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05) or tcount> t was (33,837> 3.10) which means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence between the poverty variable (X1) and unemployment ( X2) together with the variable of economic growth (Y). Meanwhile, the partial results of the hypothesized poverty variable (X1) showed a significantly smaller gain than 0.05 (0.04 <0.05) and t arithmetic> t table (-2,969> 1,986). It showed that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted meaning that partially there was a significant influence between poverty (X1) to economic growth (Y), and partially hypothesized results of unemployment variable (X2) showed a significant gain smaller than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05) and t arithmetic> t table (-7.359> 1.986), which means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted , meaning that partially there is a significant influence between unemployment (X2) on economic growth (Y).
