National holiday for the implementation of voting for

members of the

Representative Council (DPR, DPRD, and DPD), President and Vice President, Governors,

Regents and Mayors are

determined based on laws and regulations.

Employers must provide opportunities for workers to

use their voting rights. If on the day and date of the vote

the worker must work, then the employer arranges working hours so that the

worker can still use their voting rights.

Workers who work on the day and date of voting, are entitled

to overtime wages and other rights that are usually received

by workers who are employed on official holidays in

accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
