HUBUNGAN AGENSI DAN KINERJA PADA PERUSAHAAN KELUARGA: STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN KECIL
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji tata kelola perusahaan sehubungan dengan hubungan antara variabel mekanisme pengawasan keagenan dan kinerja perusahaan kecil dan menengah, sebagian besar bisnis keluarga di Yogyakarta. Variabel yang digunakan untuk memantau masalah keagenan adalah kebijakan hutang, kepemilikan orang dalam, dan kebijakan dividen, sedangkan kinerja perusahaan ditentukan oleh Tobin's Q. Demikian pula secara parsial kepemilikan manajemen, kebijakan hutang, dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keagenan Perusahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur periode 2007-2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara tata kelola perusahaan dengan return on investment, return on equity dan Tobiu’s Q.

Setelah lolos uji hipotesis klasik, diperoleh hasil bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan atau kinerja pasar, sedangkan aset tetap tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kinerja pasar.

Lima orang informan yang merupakan pemilik usaha kecil dan menengah di Kota Surabaya diwawancarai secara mendalam untuk mengetahui apakah kelima informan tersebut mempunyai kualitas kewirausahaan khususnya dalam bidang pemasaran (entrepreneurial marketing). Lima informan merupakan pemilih pelaku usaha yang bergerak di bidang pangan dengan kategori usaha kecil.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima informan mempunyai delapan karakteristik seorang wirausaha pemasar, yaitu orientasi peluang; untuk menciptakan sesuatu; interaksi terus-menerus dengan target pasar; menggabungkan tujuan pribadi dan organisasi: memperhatikan fleksibilitas dan kemampuan beradaptasi; .. secara aktif menggunakan jaringan; mengambil resiko secara seimbang dan yang terakhir adalah mempunyai etika.
The purpose of this study was to determine the entrepreneurial intentions of students of the F acuity of Economics at UPN Veteran .Jakarta Engineering student, its primary purpose was to compare the effects of most academic subjects and different atmospheres. The total sample of 100 respondents was determined using a purposive sampling method. The results showed that personal cultural orientation has a significant positive effect on attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, but has no significant effect on entrepreneurs' intentions.
