 Able to identify, analyse, evaluate and formulate a problem in the field of agricultural engineering and biosystems by means of scientific approaches and methods.

 Able to solve problems related to environment and natural resources as well as production processes using engineering design and modelling approach.

 Able to develop science and technology, especially an appropriate technology through research to produce innovative products that benefit the community.

This course discusses managerial and decision making; managerial decision making and information systems; decision support framework; decision support concept; decision support system; company information system; knowledge management system; expert system. The contents of this course including:

Introduction to Decision Making Techniques

Decision Making in Conditions of Uncertainty and Risk Decision Tree

Theory of Utility

Analytic Hierarchy Process Multicriteria Decision

Multi Attribute Utility Theory

Multicriteria Decision Model with Analytic Network Process Monte Carlo Simulation

Newsvendor Problem Markov Chain Analysis 5 Teaching methods

Lectures, discussion, and problem-based learning 6 Assessment Methods

A. Evaluation System for Students

The evaluation system carried out in Decision Making Method aims to determine the absorption of knowledge that has been obtained by students. The evaluation system is carried out by conducting several evaluation methods, namely:

• The exam consists of Midterm Exam and Final Exam

• Task

• Quiz

The scoring system used is:

• Exams consist of Midterm Exam (35%) and Final Exam (35%)

• Tasks (20%)

• Quiz (5%)

B. Evaluation System for Lecturers

In addition to knowing the level of absorption of student knowledge, evaluation is also carried out on lecturers for the entire series of learning activities provided. The

evaluation was carried out by distributing questionnaires to student participants at the end of the exam. The contents of the questionnaire cover various aspects of learning activities which are described as follows:

• Course material

• Learning methods

• Mastery of the material by the lecturer

• Lecture facilities

• Assignments (materials, time and assistance)

• Comments and suggestions
