A Korean's daily routine can vary greatly depending on their age, occupation, and lifestyle. However, some common activities that may be included in a typical day could be:
Wake up early and have breakfast
Commute to work or school
Attend work or classes
Return home for lunch
Continue work or classes
Return home for dinner
Spend time with family or friends
Engage in hobbies or leisure activities
Prepare for bed and sleep

My favourite routine is like this-
1. Wake up at 5 am and 10 minute meditation followed by 20 minutes running.
2. At 5:30 am do some 25 minutes hard core exercise.
3. 6 am brushing, shower all other daily routine stuff.
4. 7 am- 7: 30 am breakfast and listen AIR News.
5. My breakfast contain sprouts, milk, soaked dry fruit, fruits and one more thing.
6. Read the HINDU for next 1 hr.
7. Practise 20 minutes English in front of mirror since my english is horrible.
8. Prepare for office as office timing is 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
9. I go to office by bicycle since office is 6 km from my flat.
10. In office in extra time i usually watch ted talks, quora, smarter everyday etc.
11. After returning home take dinner upto 7:30 pm.
12. I am learning guitar so practise for 1 hr.
13. Try to read some UPSC books as i am inclining towards UPSC and watch RSTV. I am trying to improve my study time for UPSC.
14. Do journalling for next 15–20 minutes improve next day from today and go for sleep.
15. On weekend studying for UPSC and meeting with friends, reading some books, knowing about finance etc. some stuffs.
