Jonathan Christian Sujono Crystal Pro is a new concept in auto detailing. The Detailing service in Indonesia, mostly in Jakarta is increasingly popular, as evidenced in the growth of new car wash and polish service anywhere in Jakarta.

However, there remains a gap in the market for ordinary polish from car coating; currently the auto detailing offers a wide range of price. Traffic and time also an obstacle for car owner to maintain their cars. Therefore we offers home service since it will be more comfortable for customers and reduce start up cost for the business since price of land in Jakarta rocketing these past years.

Therefore, our business idea is to provide a professional environment in which to do a detailing service in customer place with reasonable price also best products but with extraordinary results.

The auto detailing industry is attractive, because it generates steady profits on little additional investment. All we need are the chemical and human labour.

Crystal Pro has targeted a specific market of car owners who would like to maintain their car, yet they lack the proper time to do so. The other market will be showroom which cannot deliver the car to detailing salon, that’s why they need home service. This is a growing market in urban areas, because Jakarta traffic’s is one of the worst in the world, so they tend to avoid traffic and prefer to do everything in their place including maintaining their car.

Jonathan Christian Sujono Crystal Pro target market is middle and upper class which owned middle and luxury car with price range above Rp. 300.000.000 , and also targeted middle and low segment with car segment below Rp. 300.000.000 with cheaper service but with extraordinary results. Based on these desired demographics, we have chosen to locate our service coverage initially in West and North Jakarta which focus in elite area such as Pantai Indah Kapuk, Pluit, Puri Indah, and other elite complex.

Crystal Pro is a new and exciting concept, and we have estimated it will be a profitable endeavour. The fact that we are the first in this business gives us a first-mover advantage over any competitors that may follow.
