I’m ferdi, I’m a fresh graduated from ITPB with a Diploma degree in Petroleum Engineering.
I’ve a strong foundation in reservoir engineering and production principles. I’ve been interned at PT Pertamina EP last semester, I was responsible for continuously monitoring well performance, and generated reports to identify production issues. I have the ability to interpret well data, that provide me with valuable insights into daily operations at an oil and gas production facility.
What is your strength?
I would say my greatest strength is being both detail-oriented and adaptable. During my internship, I identified a data anomaly in well monitoring due to an input error. So I collaborated with the team, to quickly troubleshoot and implement alternative data collection methods, ensuring minimal disruption to production. I find it important when I’m working with lots of different people and opinions.
Tell me about your weaknesses.
Sometimes I find it hard to deligate responsibility, and sometimes it feels like I have to do everything by myself in order to come to the best result. However, I prioritize clear communication to make sure that everyone is on track, and set the right mood for everyone involved in the project.
What skills did you develop at college?
My college education gave me a strong theoretical foundation in operational production, focusing on reservoir engineering, wellbore completions, and production. Additionally, serving on the student executive board helped me develop an effective communication, teamwork, and manajement skills.
