TERMS & CONDITIONS

 The above rates are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.

 This rate is valid for the above period & (event only / room only) & non-commissionable.

 We have not block the room accommodation and meeting room until we get signed the contract agreement.

 Hotel will not take the responsibility of any additional number of persons unwritten in the agreement

 Hotel will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any guests and organizer’s belonging that occurred before, after or during the function Payment must be done before event or check in time.

GUARANTEE NUMBER

 Confirmation of guaranteed number of room required and period of stay must be received no later than 1 week working day prior to commencement of the arrival day. If the number of room required and period of stay is more than the guaranteed numbers then the client will be charged for actual number of rooms used. If the number of room and period of stay is less than the guaranteed numbers, then the client will be charged for the guaranteed numbers and period of stay.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

If Credit facility has been established upon agreement between Hotel and the Company, which should be settled within 7 (seven) days from the date of Hotel invoice. If the Company has not established Credit Facility with Hotel, then full pre-payment or a deposit is required 48 hours prior Check In/ Event.

- Other payment available in our receptionist are Debit / Credit Card and Cash.

- Any additional charges occurred during the event/function should be paid by cash at the same day, and or upon departure.

Cancellation Policy Room Reservation:

- Cancellation must be advised in writing at least 7 (seven) working days prior to arrival. Late or same day cancellation (within 24 hours) will be charged one night applicable room rate for each room reserved.

- No Show

Any No-Show on the same day, the Hotel has the right to bill your company 1 (one) night applicable room charge for each room reserved.

- Late Check-Out Surcharge

Check In time is 2.00 pm and Check Out time is 12.00 noon the next day. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your guest (s) concerned for checking out late.

Cancellation Policy Event Reservation :

- Within 21 days release: 30% charges for the entire stay on all guestrooms released and 70% charge on food and beverages expenses.

SECURITY

Organizer acknowledges that Brits Hotel Karawang cannot be responsible for the safe keeping of equipment, supplies, written material, or other valuable items left in the function rooms. Accordingly, Organizer acknowledges that it will be responsible provide security of any such aforementioned items and hereby assumes the responsibility for loss thereof.

TAX FLUCTUATION

In the event the Indonesian Government and/or local authority impose such taxes and/or levies at any time in the future during the term of this agreement and requires the Venue to pay such taxes and/or collect the same from the Organizer/its guests on behalf of the Indonesian Government/local authority, the Venue reserves right to recover the same from the Organizer or to collect the same from the individual guests with prior notification. It is specifically agreed that merely by reason of having entered into this agreement with the Hotel at this date, no exemption is deemed to have been granted to the Organizer towards the payment of any future taxes and/or levies imposed by the Indonesian Government or any local authority.

IMPOSSIBILITIES OF PERFORMANCE

This agreement will terminate without liability to either party if substantial performance of either party's obligations is delayed, impeded or prevented by any cause reasonably beyond that party’s control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, regulations or orders or governmental authorities, fire, flood or explosion, global war, disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, regional health warning or epidemics, high risks of regional terrorist attacks or other emergencies making i t inadvisable, illegal or otherwise impossible to provide the facilities or the services as to hold any function; sale of the hotel, any delay in necessary and essential construction or renovation of the hotel, arrest or seizure.

Under legal process, strike, lockout, work stoppage, other restraints of labors, either partial or general, from whatever cause.

DEFAULT

If the Organizer fails to pay any sum due under this agreement or otherwise does not comply with its terms, the Hotel may terminate this agreement.

AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES

The terms of this agreement shall be binding upon the hotel only if this agreement is dully signed by the Organizer and returned to the hotel on Additional specifications, supplemental charges and/or requirements May be added from time to time and will act as an addendum to this agreement not withstanding that certain specifications, supplemental charges and/or requirements may SSSnot be finalized or agreed upon event.
