David Rawson, foreign service officer with the Department of State, will speak at Monday's "Lunch and Learn" program at noon in the Porter Room of the Union Building. Recently stationed at Bamako, capital of Mali in West Africa, Rawson is knowledgeable about U.S. policy in Africa and African military affairs.

Leaving -- David E;. Bohner, assistant director of hospitals since September, 1974, has announced his plans to resign that position August l to become the associate administrator of Mercy Hospital at Port Huron, Michigan.
Volunteer~ -- Studies in hypertension research require subjects with documented high blood pressure who are willing to participate in a three-week protocol to assess effects of salt intake on blood pressure.
