Irvan (11160620), Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemilihan Karyawan Terbaik Dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Proscess (AHP) Pada PT.
Potech Indo Mandiri.
PT. Potech Indo Mandiri yang bergerak dalam bidang sparepart Conveyor.
Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Potech Indo Mandiri khususnya dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik belum memiliki standarisasi penilaian sumber daya manusia. maka dari itu penulis ingin membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang mana dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan untuk mengatasi suatu masalah yang kompleks.
Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah terciptanya sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik pada PT. Potech Indo Mandiri. Yaitu dengan perhitungan yang akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria yaitu perilaku kerja, disiplin kerja, kualitas kerja, kehadiran, tanggung jawab kerja dan kejujuran. Sistem ini dapat membantu bagian SDM dalam melakukan pemilihan karyawan terbaik dan karyawan dengan predikat terbaik akan memperoleh sertifikat penghargaan karyawan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik ini dapat dikembangkan seiring perkembangan kebutuhan penggunaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja sistem.

Irvan (11160620), Best Decision Support Selection System With Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) At PT. Potech Indo Mandiri.
PT. Potech Indo Mandiri engaged in the spare parts Conveyor. Problems faced by PT. Potech Indo Mandiri, especially in determining the best employees do not have standardization of human resources assessment. therefore the author wants to build a decision support system for the selection of the best employees.
The method used by the author is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which can help in making decisions to overcome a complex problem. The final result obtained is the creation of the best employee selection decision support system at PT. Potech Indo Mandiri. That is with the calculation that will be done by using the criteria of work behavior, work discipline, quality of work, attendance, job responsibilities and honesty. This system can help the HR department in choosing the best employees and employees with the best honors will get the best employee award certificate. This best employee selection decision support system can be developed in line with the development of usage requirements so as to improve system performance.
