Abstrak
Penelitian ini adalah analisis nilai positif dari film”THE AVANGERS” film ini sangat terkenal dan populer di seluruh dunia.Film ini di produksi oleh sebuah studio bernama Marvel studio dengan bantuan Walt Disney selaku distributor film.Banyak nilai positif yang dapat kita ambil dari film avangers ini yang mana hal tersebut akan di jadikan penelitian.Terciptanya penelitian ini di harap kan agar bisa di jadikan motivasi hidup para pembaca nya lewat beberapa adegan yang di lakukan oleh para super hero. Dalam beberapa series film the avanggers pasti ada sebuah kerja keras dan kekompakan dalam mengalahkan musuh yang kuat,hal tersebut sama seperti fakta atau realita yang kita alami,bayangkan jika sebuah masalah kita hadapi sendiri pastinya akan terasa berat dan sulit,sebaliknya jika kita dapat menyelesaikan sebuah masalah dengan kerja sama,saling membantu,dan kompak maka secara tidak langsung masalah akan cepat selesai serta menambah solidaritas,chemistry,dan semakin erat nya persahabatan.

This research is an analysis of the positive values of the film "THE AVENGERS" this film is very famous and popular throughout the world. This film was produced by a studio called Marvel studio with the help of Walt Disney as the film distributor. There are many positive values that we can take from the Avengers film. This is where it will be made into research. The creation of this research is expected to be used as a motivation for the lives of its readers through several scenes performed by superheroes. In some of the Avengers film series, there must be hard work and cohesiveness in defeating a strong enemy, it is the same as the facts or reality that we experience, imagine if a problem we face alone will certainly feel heavy and difficult, on the contrary, if we can solve a problem.
Problems with cooperation, mutual assistance, and compactness will indirectly solve problems quickly and add solidarity, chemistry, and closer friendships.

INTRODUCTIONAccording to the very rapid development of the times for centuries as technology advances, more information is very easy to get. The most popular media among all circles, both teenagers and the elderly is print media, the more advanced the print media the more advanced some discoveries from scientists.
Starting from a print that is only an image or letter that can only be read to an image or letter that can move is one proof of increasingly real technological developments.
One form of technological development is a film, film is a collection of some pictures that are made to move with the accompaniment of sound so that they can be easily understood and more interesting for the audience (Benjamin, 2020). Films can also be used as media to provide information indirectly and are usually used as self-entertainment or family entertainment.
The beginning of the discovery of film occurred in the 19th century after which it continued to grow until today its development is increasingly sophisticated. In 1826, which at that time was still one of the topics and research material, Joshep Nicephore Niepce experimented by mixing a silver mixture to make an image on a tin plate that is thick enough. A film is an audio-visual tool that attracts the attention of many people because the film can contain scenes that feel alive as well as several combinations of sound, color, costumes, and beautiful panoramas. packaged in such a way with camera games, editing techniques, and existing scenarios. In making a film several very important roles must be in making a film, including the director, cameraman, actor, or actress. The director is the leader of shooting, determines what the audience will see, regulates behavior in front camera, directs acting and dialogue, determines camera position and motion, sound, lighting, and contributes to editing (Rabiger, 2013). A director should be a person who has a high imagination and creativity so that a film he makes is crowded or many want to watch it. Films have various genres, one of which is the Science Fiction genre. In science fiction films, a director usually involves someone who is an expert in the field of science so that the science fiction in the film is close to or even the same as what happens in real life (Simanjuntak, 2021).
A cameraman is someone who is in charge of recording the activities of an actor or actress, while the actor is the actor of a character in a film, the cast is divided into

three namely the main character, side actor, mixed actor (Lee, 2017). In a film there are two kinds of characterizations, namely antagonist and the protagonist, the antagonist is the enemy or contra with the main character, while the protagonist is a good character or pro with the main character.The film taken for this research is Avengers End Game, which was directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo. The film was released in 2019 on April 24. Many awards were won in this film, including MTV Movie and TV Award, besides that this film got a very spectacular profit with a value of 2.798 billion USD. In this film, many scenes and scenes make the audience happier and motivated to bounce back from pressing situations in life. Nothing more and nothing less again with the big names of the studio’s Marvel Studio and Walt Disney making this film very popular throughout the world with some iconic superheroes who are very familiar in all circles.
There are several series in this film, each series is never empty of viewers. Most of the viewers of this film are dominated by children and teenagers, but that does not mean that there are no adults and the elderly but there are but not so many. Of the 4 series of this film many very cool and memorable scenes in the hearts audience, one of the scenes that made the audience the saddest was when the superheroes from avengers lost the battle against Thor, where at that time an evil villain named Thor managed to seize a stone called mind stone "mind stone" which he took from a superhero named Vision.
METHOD
The research method aims to achieve perfection in conducting research or analysis.
The research method is the scientific steps used to find solutions in a subject matter. The research method is the data analysis procedure used is descriptive, qualitative, by theory.
The purpose of this research is to teach some good positive values to be applied in real life to be used as a life motivation to become a better person than before.
The method used for this research is qualitative, where the method analyzes a phenomenon or an event experienced by the main character or by the protagonist, which will later be used as a positive value in life as well as motivation for the audience.
The data collection technique used in this study is to record the parts that contain positive values, after that they are put together to be made into a study. The steps used to collect and observe are by
1. Watch the film along with the dialogues or conversations of the main characters that have been translated into Indonesian in detail.
2. Note down the sence or scene that has a positive value and note how many minutes the scene or sence will be discussed.
3. Looking for a journal about positive values that will be discussed.
4. Presenting data that has been processed to make a good and correct conclusion.
RESULTS
The result of this research is that the analysis stage is carried out by looking at the scene that motivates a person to work together and be united in undergoing a problem, there is no doubt that humans are social creatures who cannot live alone. The analysis is also carried out by translating words. the superheroes into Indonesian. After that, return to the discussion where representations will be given to be translated into Indonesian, and in a scene from each series, this film will contain positive meanings from the words and actions of the superheroes.
DISCUSSION In this film, many scenes have positive values and explicit meanings. This can be used as a

"Avengers Age Of Ultron" Tony planned to create several peace programs in the form of the Ultron project aimed at dealing with alien invasions, but at that time the captain, Steve refused to After that project, now Tony was very upset and left the Avengers. Because this had all happened and the Avengers lost. After that Captain Marvel made up her mind to kill Tanos alone but was blocked by Thor who wanted to join the sidelined Avengers, after that the Rocket find out the whereabouts of Thanos and his daughter Nebula who are willing to fight Thanos by telling Thanos whereabouts now, they find the planet where
Thanos is, they just realized that Thanos didn't snap his fingers once but twice. With the Milano plane, they went to the planet. After being ambushed, Tanos revealed ba that he had destroyed the stone, at that moment Thor angrily killed Thanos.

With sadness, the remaining avengers felt lost and sad. the remaining avengers unite all the infinity stones into one glove which will be used to restore half the population, Thor who is angry and very ambitious wants to volunteer to blimp but Tony and Steve quickly forbid Thor to do it wherein the glove are very Hulk quickly volunteered himself to use blimp and wanted to restore half the population in the universe, shortly after the Hulk managed to restore half the population of the universe and everything went smoothly, without being aware of the Nebula who came from the past hacked the time machine and summoned Thanos ship goes to marker s avengers in 2019, the ship messed up and damaged the entire avenger’s headquarters and the avengers were finally separated among the ruins of the destroyed base. Coincidentally, a glove containing six infinity stones fell in front of Clint, quickly the men of Thanos Pu chased and met Clint with the evil Nebula who wanted to take the gauntlet but the attempt was failed by Gamora and the real Nebula. Clint

quickly told the captain Steve Rogers that he had all the Infinity Stones.Not long after, Toni and Steve approached Thor, who was right in front of Thanos waiting while the infinity stone fell in his hand, they finally fought against Thanos who was alone at that time. With the strength of the three of them Thanos easily killed the three people, Steve's very strong belief continued to fight Thanos until part of his shield was broken, on the other hand, Tony was blown away while Thor was falling and being pressed with his own strom braker, luckily his Mjolnir flew and injured Thanos but the Mjolnir didn't. In contrast to Captain America, Steve, who held his head up and made up his mind to fight Thanos to the last drop of blood, not long ago Thanos took out all his troops. who was on the plane along with their sons and daughters and invaded captain America. In an instant help came from people who were lost by Tanos before him and got out of Doctor Strange's portal, they returned due to a snap from the Hulk who previously asked half the universe to return to its original state. This is where the epic war takes place happened after a while after a big battle Thanos' group was pressed and Thanos was ordered to bombard the battle area, but not long after that, the bullets from Thanos' plane shot up into the sky, and after being near the light destroyed Thanos' ship.
Thanos and his troops were getting angrier and angrier about this. During this time, not as the infinity stone war progressed, many troops were passed from one army to another. When spiderman holding the infinity stone he fell in front of Thanos accidentally, Thanos saw the opportunity immediately slammed spiderman tanos immediately said his request and wanted to type his finger quickly Iron Man pushed Thanos hard and took the six infinity stones because the gloves that Thanos was using were Stark's technology. In this scene, which marked the end and the culmination of the war, Toni Star quickly tapped her finger while saying "I am Iron Man" for a moment. Thanos and Thanos himself became ashes and disappeared from the universe. The impact of typing the finger of the infinity stone is that the user is exposed to very rice radiation and most likely will lose his life. The avengers also gathered to the place where Iron Man or Toni
lay and died. This film ended with the funeral scene of an ironman's heart by witnessing the remaining superheroes, very deeply remembered in the hearts of the audience for man’s sacrifice and his sadness for the audience.
From the story of the Avengers End Game film, we understand many things that we must learn such as the sacrifice of an ironman who is willing to die for the safety of mankind, the struggle of Captain America to lead his friends to strengthen his mentality and the belief that the mistakes that have occurred in the Avengers Infinity War film will not happen. Repeated, just as we rise from a problem and then confidently can achieve what we want with the help of self-correction in the past and experience (Stroebe, 2012).
Getting angry in the face of problems is not a good thing, let alone sinking into the trap of revenge is not the way to go. to solve problems properly and correctly. Caring for each other hand in hand is the root of the harmony of a friendship that is done in real life.
CONCLUSION
The moral message conveyed from the Avengers film is that hope cannot be lost without reason if we don't stop to keep fighting, rest assured that effort will not betray the results and vice versa. Cooperation and solidarity are the first steps towards a big change, strong self-confidence is also needed in dealing with the problems we face, sacrifice is something we must do if we want to achieve something, someone can’t get something without toil and sacrifice. Patience is an important thing for someone to achieve success and success, don't be easy We are discouraged if our struggles do not produce results, but patience and self-correction are the most important when our efforts fail, not discouraged. Humans are social creatures which means they cannot live without other humans, have good thoughts, and help each other are the point main for being a social being. So the point is that it is impossible to achieve success alone. There must be friends and family who help each other in achieving success.
