HOW TO COOK IKAN TEMPOYAK
Ingredients 30 minutes 5 servings 1 kg catfish
1/4 fresh durian tempoyak 8 red onion cloves
5 cloves of garlic 4 candlenut seeds 1 lemongrass, crushed 3 bay leaves
5 cayenne peppers 1 cm turmeric salt to taste enough sugar enough flavoring water
How to make
Step 1
Clean the catfish.
Step 2
Blend the spices except bay leaves and lemongrass.
Step 3
Mix tempoyak, ground spices, bay leaves and lemongrass. Saute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add water, sugar and salt to taste.
Step 5
After the water boils, add the cleaned catfish. Wait until the fish is soft and the spices are absorbed.
Step 6
Check the taste, if you think it's not enough, add salt or sugar according to taste.
Step 7
Tempoyak patin is ready to be served.
