2. Ingredients : 1) A half kilogram of chicken fillet
2) Lettuce and tomato for garnish (optional)
3) Salt to taste (for marination) and half a teaspoon of salt (to mix with flour) 4) Pepper powder to taste (for marination) and half a teaspoon
of pepper powder (to mix with flour)
5) Garlic powder to taste (for marination) and half a teaspoon of garlic powder (to mix with flour)
6) Half a teaspoon of MSG 7) 100 gram wheat flour 8) Bread crumbs

Step :
1) First, marinate the chicken fillet with salt, pepper powder, and garlic powder to taste for 15 minutes
