Models S4, S5, S6 used any anticholinergic drug use, total ACR score, total number of anticholinergic drugs as the main predictor, respectively. Interaction term between APOE*4 and any anticholinergic drug use, total ACR score, total number of anticholinergic drugs was included in each model, respectively.
