The "3" after J. O. Agushaka3, is it his true name or just typos?

3. For authors from one affiliation: remove the superscript index "1" in every author's name because all of the authors share one affiliation or use different superscript index to refer each author's email address.

4. Use standard margin in IEEE Manuscript template for conference proceeding We will really appreciate if you can finish them by September 25, 2015.
