Kelurahan Andir adalah salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Baleendah yang merupakan kelurahan yang rawan bencana banjir. Setiap tahunnya Kelurahan Andir dapat mengalami banjir 3kali hingga 5 kali setiap tahunnya. Masih banyak masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah rawan banjir dikarenakan beberapa faktor. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi masyarakat di Kelurahan Andir tetap tinggal di dareah banjir.
Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi masyarakat tetap tinggal yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada 100 responden yang masing- masing mewakili 1 kepala keluarga yang tinggal di Kelurahan Andir. selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan metode analisis likert serta crosstab untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi serta hubungan karakteristik responde dengan faktor yang mempengaruhi untuk tetap tinggal. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah faktor ekonomi dengan aspek pendapatan

Andir Village is one of the sub-districts in Baleendah District, which is prone to flooding. Every year Andir Village can experience flooding 3 times to 5 times each year. There are still many people living in flood-prone areas due to several factors.
Therefore, this study aims to determine what factors influence the people in Andir Village to stay in the flood area.
To find out what factors influence the community to stay, is by distributing online questionnaires to 100 respondents, each representing 1 family head who lives in Andir Village. Furthermore, descriptive quantitative analysis is carried out to describe the characteristics of the respondent and the Likert and crosstab analysis methods are carried out to determine what factors influence and the relationship between the characteristics of the respondent and the factors that affect their stay.
The results of the study found that the most influencing factor was the economic factor with the income aspect with an index score of 75%.
