iForte will provide the FO equipments (belongs to iForte) for the FO Internet Access Connection installed at the customer premise.
iForte will do the installation of FO equipments at the customer premise.
iForte will provide the bandwidth as ordered by customer.
iForte will give the technical support assistance and maintenance for the Internet Access.

MINIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD : 1 (One) Year PAYMENT INSTRUCTION:

- SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT :
Uptime is 99,5 % (count per hour) (for dedicated internet only) - Mean Time To Repair ( MTTR ) :
Anytime a problem occurs, IFORTE will do at its best to resolve at a certain time. Whenever the repairing time is more than IFORTE’s standard (see table 1), IFORTE will apply a restitution based on the agreed SLG (Service Level Guarantee).
