I. Introduction

In the current competitive era, namely the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 and Society 5.0, it is appropriate that an MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) must be able to face the challenges of surviving and developing in the modern era and the application of digital technology, where MSMEs are currently required to be able to adapt to technology to compete with other competitors.

One of the main goals of a business is to earn maximum profit, but if a business can help the surrounding community, then the business is more awaited by all elements of society, of course, that is like sociopreneur, which is a business that can combine earning profit as the main goal but also accompanied by by helping the surrounding community, such as employing underprivileged people, both economically and physically to be able to

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of sociopreneurs in educational and training institutions in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research method uses qualitative methods, with triangulation techniques in data collection, namely through observation, documentation and interviews with several informants from the Education and Training Institute. In interviews, this research uses the triangulation method between researchers, namely digging information from several different informants, including a sociopreneur from an educational and training institution, the participant or teacher and expert judgment who is an academic and sociopreneur practitioner who experienced. The results of the analysis from interviews, it was found that the Education and Training Institute had implemented sociopreneurs in their service sector, such as the Smart Muslim Education Institute which helps students who are pursuing a bachelor's degree education to be able to teach so that they earn income.

Azkiya Qur'an Learning is also an Educational Institution that recruits teachers from the area or rural areas to teach Al-Qur'an Learning. As for the Training Institute, there is a TWT Learning Center that cares about education in Indonesia by providing community service in the form of free education and training at several universities and the surrounding community. Amal Insani Foundation organizes free webinars for lecturers, students and the general public, as well as the Billionaire School which has a business mentoring program that aims to produce young entrepreneurs in Indonesia so that they can compete in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

work, or for example raw materials purchased from businesses in the surrounding community as a form of social and our concern or if the business is in the form of services.

, some of the services we offer can help people who are underprivileged or in dire need.

In order to realize and maintain the existence of a business in the current pandemic and competitive era, a business actor such as a sociopreneur, must be able to adapt to sophisticated technology, namely the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, as if we look at many businesses that are successful if developed with digitalization, for example Shopee.

Which is a successful online shopping platform in Indonesia, or a successful Go-Jek company in the field of online transportation, they can adapt to current technological developments, so they can continue to grow and compete with other companies.

Sociopreneurs as a type of business actor at this time should be supported so that they can develop in quality and quantity which of course can contribute to reducing unemployment. Data from the Director of Market Development of the Directorate General of Binapenta and PKK of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Roositiawati in Amalia (2019); Nurhadi, A., et. al., (2022). "The unemployment rate for the last five years has decreased where the largest contribution from the decline in unemployment comes from the growth of socio-enterprise in Indonesia, namely the unemployment rate has decreased to 5.3% or 6.8 million over the last five years, even the Indonesian workforce. has reached 131 million which is dominated by young people, we are able to reduce the unemployment rate, it means that not only the formal sector is moving to absorb labor but also the growth of entrepreneurs and socio-preneurs,”

The data description of its development is presented in the form of the following image:

Figure 1. Sociopreneur Contribution in Reducing Unemployment Rate

From the data above, it can be concluded that the contribution of sociopreneurs in order to reduce an unemployment rate can motivate the younger generation to present a business that has the principle of never giving up and continues to innovate and relentlessly create creativity so that the business that is run can continue to grow, of course must be

accompanied by digitalization in order to be able to continue to compete in the current competitive era.

As research on Sangaji, N., and ET. al., (2019). "In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, conventional transportation was never predicted that this conventional transportation model was previously widely used by the community for the benefit of human mobility, but in the industrial revolution 4.0 era this conventional transportation model has been slightly used by the community, which can be seen between conventional taxi version of online taxi or ojek base with online ojek.”

Just as Education and Training Institutions as business actors belonging to Sociopreneurs in Indonesia must be able to maintain their existence in the current competitive era by continuing to develop innovation and creativity in their services as well as helping the surrounding community to benefit from the existence of Education and Training Institutions that are present in Indonesia the middle of society.

Because now we have entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, even the era of society 5.0, Education and Training Institutions should use digital technology, in marketing via online or their services because in a research by A. Budiyanto, & A.A. Effendy, (2020), among the obstacles to the development of MSMEs is "Limited business facilities and infrastructure, especially those related to technological tools. Most MSMEs use technology that is still simple so it is difficult to compete in terms of quality and quantity.”

Education is a very important human need because education has a duty to prepare Human Resources (HR) for the development of the nation and state (Pradana et al, 2020).

According to Astuti et al (2019) Education is an obligation of every human being that must be pursued to hold responsibilities and try to produce progress in knowledge and experience for the lives of every individual. Education is one of the efforts to improve the ability of human intelligence, thus he is able to improve the quality of his life (Saleh and Mujahiddin, 2020). Education is expected to be able to answer all the challenges of the times and be able to foster national generations, so that people become reliable and of high quality, with strong characteristics, clear identities and able to deal with current and future problems (Azhar, 2018). Education and skills are the main keys in gaining social status in community life (Lubis et al, 2019).

Education and Training Institutions in the current era of the industrial revolution must also be able to develop their marketing through social media, this is reinforced in research by Effendy, A. A., & Sunarsi, D. (2020). "Online promotion is more effective in marketing through social media, compared to promotion through electronic media and print media."

Therefore, to overcome some of these problems and observe further the existence of Sociopreneurs in Education and Training Institutions, research is needed on

"Implementation of Sociopreneurs in Education and Training Institutions in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0".

II. Review of Literature

2.1 Sociopreneur

According to the Indonesian Translation English Dictionary, the meaning of the word socio is social, so it means that which is related to society. "Preneur" in the term

"Entrepreneur", from French which means part; which means that an entrepreneur is a part that will be optimal when working with other people. So Sociopreneur or Sociopreneurship is a combination of the words social and entrepreneurship. As the name implies, sociopreneur is a business that can combine earning profits as the main goal but also

accompanied by helping the surrounding community, such as hiring people who are less fortunate, both economically and physically to be able to work, or for example raw materials purchased from efforts to the surrounding community as a form of social and caring for us or if the business is in the form of services, some of the services we offer can help underprivileged communities or those who really need it.

2.2 Revolusi Industri 4.0

a. Understanding the Industrial Revolution 4.0

According to Hamdan, H. (2018). "The industrial revolution is a fundamental change in the way of life and human work processes, where advances in information technology can integrate the digital world of life which can have an impact on all scientific disciplines”.

b. Industry Challenges and Opportunities 4.0

"The rapid development of information technology is currently happening automation that occurs in all fields, new technologies and approaches that combine real, digital and fundamentally (Tjandrawinata, 2016).

c. Industrial Design Principle 4.0

One of the principles of Industry 4.0 according to Hermann et al (2016) is "Information transparency is the ability of information systems to create virtual copies of the physical world by enriching digital models with sensor data including data and information provision." So that all elements of society can find out information through digitization at any time and anywhere.

III. Research Method

In this research, the research approach used is using qualitative methods. As for Effendy, A. A. (2018), “Qualitative research is aimed at obtaining a deep understanding of the situation at hand. According to Sugiyono, (2012) "Data collection techniques are the most important step in research, because the main purpose of research is to get data, without knowing data collection techniques, researchers will not get data that meets the data standards set."

Data collection techniques use triangulation of data sources, which include: First:

Observation as "Data collection techniques have specific characteristics when compared to other techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires." (Sugiyono, 2012). The second is Documentation, in Arikunto (2010) "Documentation is to find and collect data about things or variables in the form of notes, transcripts, books, magazines, agendas, meeting minutes, and so on.”

And the third is the interview, which is used "As a data collection technique if the researcher wants to conduct a preliminary study to find problems that must be investigated, and also if the researcher wants to know things from respondents who are more in-depth and the number of respondents is small." (Sugiyono, 2012).

A data analysis technique is "Describes what analytical techniques are used by researchers to analyze the data that has been collected." (Sanusi Anwar, 2011): namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data collection according to Effendy, A. A. (2019), namely "Collecting data at the research location by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation by determining the data collection strategy that is deemed appropriate and to determine the focus and deepening of the data in the next data collection process."

As for data collection and analysis, the author uses the inter-researcher triangulation method, namely digging information from several different informants, including: a sociopreneur, namely the owner of an educational and training institution, the participant or teacher and expert judgment who is a experienced academics and sociopreneur practitioners.

IV. Result and Discussion

Based on the results of interviews using triangulation between researchers from several informants from a sociopreneur, namely the owner of an educational and training institution, namely Muslim Smart South Tangerang, namely the Islamic Religious Learning Education Institute, Azkiya Qur'an Learning South Tangerang is an Al-Qur'an Learning Education Institute, TWT Learning The South Tangerang Center is a Training Institute, Business and Education Consultant, Amal Insani Foundation Serang Banten and the Billionaire School Bogor, West Java, then informants from participants or their teachers and informants from expert judgment with experience in the sociopreneur field.

Some of the informants in this study were sociopreneurs at educational and training institutions. In the interview, the researcher wanted to find out more about the profiles of these institutions, which was then followed by a question in the interview regarding the implementation of sociopreneurs, among which the questions were "What social things have been done in educational and training institutions besides the main goal of making a profit?”

From the questions above, the author summarizes the transcripts of the interviews which can be concluded that the Education and Training Institutions above, in addition to making a profit, have applied their social side to the community, because in principle Sociopreneurs need to realize their caring and social sense for others by helping or helping other people in need with the existence of our business.

Among the triangulation in this study, the researcher also interviewed or asked for opinions regarding the implementation of Sociopreneur from this Expert Opinion, namely Dr. Muhammad Ramdhan, S.Pd., M.M. who is the Founder of the Indonesian Community Educator Activist (NGO) Activist Educational Society (APMASINDO) who has a vision of "Community welfare is the priority of the organization" actively conducts seminars, pre- employment training, organizes free English and Arabic language courses for the community. In addition, he is also known as the chairman of the Baitul Insan Khoir foundation and is also a permanent lecturer at the Postgraduate program at the Ganesha School of Economics, Jakarta.

From the interview transcripts, it can be concluded that according to teachers in educational institutions, they can feel the care of the owners of educational institutions, among which teachers from rural areas and still in college are allowed to teach so that they earn income to pay for their tuition and meet the costs of daily life. .

Then from the results of interviews with the participants who took part in the Training Institute above, it can be helped by the existence of a Training Institute such as coaching as a young entrepreneur and free of charge to participate in webinars. In addition to interviews, researchers also carried out documentation, including looking at data from the website of the Training Institute and Instagram from the Educational Institute, namely:

The last data source triangulation technique that the author did was to collect data through observation, namely making observations about the activities of informants in implementing sociopreneurs in educational institutions and their training. Among the observations observed were the existence of several aspects of concern and social care from educational institutions and training to the community, in this case the recruited teachers and participants who took part in webinars and training to become entrepreneurs. For example, a training institute distributes a webinar pamphlet by including the words “free” for participants who want to register. The educational institutions that researchers have successfully observed are that there are several students from various universities who register via Instagram to become teachers at the educational institution where the author conducted this research.

V. Conclusion

From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that Education and Training Institutions have implemented sociopreneurs in their service sector, including Smart Muslim as an educational institution that helps students who are pursuing undergraduate education, especially final students who are completing thesis to be able to teach so that they earn income. . Azkiya Qur'an Learning is also an Educational Institution that recruits teachers from the area or rural areas to teach Al-Qur'an Learning

From the Training Institute, there is a TWT Learning Center that cares about education in Indonesia by providing community service in the form of free education and training at several universities and the surrounding community. Amal Insani Foundation organizes free webinars for lecturers, students and the general public. The Billionaire School is also a Training Institute that has a business mentoring program that aims to produce young entrepreneurs in Indonesia so that they can compete in the industrial revolution era 4.0.
