The objectives of this research were to determine the improvement of students' speaking ability using the Everyone is Teacher Here method. E who supported and helped her in this research so that the researcher could complete this study. Students' activities include: (1) The students answer greetings from their teacher in response to the teacher, (2) The students listened to what material they are learning, (3) The students listened about the benefits of learning invitation and greeting card, ( 4 ) The students gave their opinion about the paper, (5) The students listened to the explanation about Everyone is Teacher Here, (6) The students listened to the explanation about invitation using Everyone is Teacher Here Method, (7 ) The students identify some information in the paper, (8) The students construct the sentences to speak in front of the class, and (9) The students have listened to the conclusion of the material. When the researcher found the significant result, it shows that Everyone is teacher here method was to improve students' speaking ability. The data above shows that the students' activity in learning process with Everyone is a teacher here method was relatively low at an average percentage of 48.75%.

It has been seen from the observation of the students' activities in the teaching learning process using the method Everyone is a Teacher Here they were still relatively low with an average percentage of 48.75%. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the students' achievement in the invitation speech and greeting cards was improved by applying the Everyone is a Teacher Here method. Based on the findings of the above research, it was seen that there was an improvement in the achievement of students in the speech of invitations and greeting cards by applying the Everyone is a Teacher Here method.

Then, the Everyone is Teacher Here method in this study is supposed to improve students' speaking performance. Students' achievement improved in speaking invitations and greeting cards using the Everyone is Teacher Here speaking method.

Conceptual Framework

Qualitative data were analyzed from the observation sheets to describe the improvement in the student's vocabulary in describing things. Quantitative data were analyzed based on student motivation and teacher performance, categories as suggested by Kunandar (2008). Qualitative data were used to describe the situation during the teaching and learning process, and quantitative data were used to analyze students' speaking ability.

Qualitative data were obtained from students' speaking test scores in the pretest, cycle I and cycle II. The planning was designed based on the test result and the initial observation, namely (a) design the lesson plan for the invitation and greeting card as material, (b) make an observation sheet to see the improvement of students' speaking ability, (c ) preparing research instruments to see an improvement in students' speaking ability in the learning process. It was caused by the teacher's inability to objectively give students points.

The learning process starts with a technical explanation of about 30 minutes. When scoring the students' response, based on the spoken score, there were five scoring component scales, namely pronunciation, accent, grammar, vocabulary and fluency. The qualitative data was used to describe the situation during the teaching-learning process, and the quantitative data was used to analyze the students' score. According to Arikunto (2013), this classroom action research is considered successful if 75% of the total number of students achieve the minimum score of 80 or use good criteria, as well as an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle.

Students did not have a good enough vocabulary that it was difficult to understand the material being studied, when in the presentation they explained only a little of what they knew about the material on the other hand, the presentation aspect experienced as the lowest percentage among the four aspects of students' ability. So that the students were more comprehensible and active in the discussion with that learning method, providing teaching tools to help increase the motivation and attractiveness of the students of learning in speaking, helping to guide the students to discuss with the method "Everybody's a Teacher Here" and guide more intensive students who have comprehension difficulties in learning the material. From the result of the observation of the students' activities, there was an increase in the students' activities in the teaching and learning process from the first cycle with an average percentage of 80.86% and in the second cycle it is 87.39%.

This means that there was a significant increase in student achievement and learning activity, and was otherwise very well managed. The rate of increase in student mastery of subject matter from Cycle I to Cycle II is 6.9%.

In conducting the discussion, the students independently received an invitation and a greeting card. The teacher was still unable to create active learning in groups using the Everyone is Teacher Here method. Based on the data obtained from the results of observations and evaluations in the learning process in cycle II, there is improvement or increase in students' speaking skills.

The activity of students in the teaching and learning process with the Everyone is a Teacher Here method has led to better results. From the explanation, the researcher concluded that the application of the Everyone is a Teacher Here method in the learning process can increase the performance of students in learning, especially when learning to speak invitations and greeting cards. Learning using the Everyone is a Teacher Here method can improve student motivation and participation in the learning process and is highly relevant for contextual learning.

In groups, the teacher asked the students to find the kind of invitation and greeting card. The implementation of the action in the cycle II was carried out because the learning in the cycle I action was less successful in overcoming students' problems, so that the achievement of values ​​realized by means of scores is still relatively low.

This shows that there is an increase/improvement in teacher activities in the teaching and learning process from cycle I and cycle II, that is from 65.91% became 79.77% or an increase of 13.82%. The increase in the results of student activities in the learning process of invitation and greeting cards, supported by the increasing activity of teachers in maintaining and improving the learning atmosphere Everyone is a teacher.

Research Finding

This was shown by data from observations of student activities, increasing from 48.75% in cycle I, becoming 71.34% in cycle II. This was shown by data from observations of teachers' activities in teaching and learning invitations and greeting cards using the Everyone is a Teacher Here method, increasing from 65.91% in cycle I to 79.77% in cycle II. This is shown by the average evaluation results, namely 81.08% in cycle I becomes 88.04% in cycle II.

This was shown from the mean percentage of 79.77% in the first cycle to 85.91% in the second cycle.

Discussion

The students' mastery of the learning material, speaking skills, invitations and greeting cards is well developed. The average evaluation results of the student's mastery of the learning material in the first stage, namely 81.08%, increased to 88.04% in the II. Through the Everyone's Teacher Here method, it strengthens students' ability to upgrade their own knowledge, find steps in finding solutions, or He suggested other researchers to use these research findings as a reference for investigation.
