Balance scorecard as a performance measurement system can be used to evaluate the performance of the company and evaluate their strategic vision and mission in potential performance. In the balance scorecard system, consideration must be given between financial aspect and non-financial aspect in a performance measurement system. Using the balance scorecard as a performance measurement system means aligning the strategies, vision and mission with the daily activities in achieving targets to get a balance between performance.

Based on the above background, the researchers are interested in research on the topic: "Analyzing key performance indicators in the design of a system of balance indicators in PT. Provide recommendations on the appropriate key performance indicator for the design of the Balance Scorecard as a performance measurement system. By using a system of balance indicators, a company can improve its performance both from a financial and non-financial point of view.

To give a broad perspective about analyzing the key performance indicator to design the balance sheet and to know the application of the theory of the balance sheet system in the travel company. 6 This chapter describes the underlying theories related to Balanced Scorecards and previous research related to the Balanced Scorecard as a performance measurement system.

To facilitate the right key performance indicators, the organization should identify critical success factors. Key performance indicators are an integral part of the performance management system implemented in an organization or company. In addition, the organization must establish the right key performance indicators so that the achievement of organizational performance can be measured in accordance with organizational goals set out in the organization's strategic plan.

Key performance indicator should be adapted to business situation and should be developed to achieve the target. As mentioned earlier, the selection of key performance indicators should be done carefully to reflect key performance indicators that are aligned with the strategic goals and critical success factors of the organization. However, based on the book, the average number of KPIs applied to the organization/department/individual should preferably be 4 (four) to 10 (ten) KPIs.

You can say that critical success factors are input or the key to setting up performance indicators precisely as key performance indicators (Arini T, 2015: p. 33). The key performance indicators, performance indicators (PIs) and key result indicators (KRIs) that an organization uses should be linked.

DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF RESULT

SWOT analysis application of Fath Indah Travel Services is to evaluate the internal and external factors of the company in the company. Fath Indah Travel Services has reliable products and service system that can compete in the market. Fath Indah Travel Services has reliable products and services because the company never failed to launch pilgrims/jamaah.

Fath Indah Travel Services acts as an independent travel so that the pilgrims can always be departed. Fath Indah Travel Services has obtained Umrah and Hajj permission from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion and the International Organization for Standard (ISO) issued by Nobel Certification. Fath Indah Travel Services provides a worship facilitator for pilgrims from Indonesia to undergo Umrah and Hajj with Islamic law in place.

Fath Indah Travel Services has a muthowif/worship guide (Ustadz) and handling representatives in Saudi Arabia. Fath Indah Travel Services has employees in Saudi Arabia namely muthowif (ustadz) and also has a management team coordinated by PT. Fath Indah Travel Services can help other travel agents to find air tickets for Umrah.

Fath Indah Travel Services is higher than the competitor Basically, consumers are more likely to choose a cheaper price from the available choices. Fath Indah Travel Services already has a website and mobile applications such as Go-Jek, Grab and etc. Fath Indah Travel Services because there are many bugs and can only be installed on Android for this time.

Fath Indah Travel Services has reliable products and service system that can compete in the market 2. 1. There are many new travel agents of Umrah and Hajj travel services (Dream Tours-Kanomas, Al Malika-MNC) in Indonesia who come to the industry as an organizer with a low-cost strategy 2. Fath Indah Travel Services has a muthowif (ustadz) from Indonesia and Saudi Arabia and has a handling team, also PT.

Fath Indah Travel Services, low cost strategy cannot be used in long term and PT. Fath Indah Travel Services also offers souvenirs containing zam-zam, kurma, Arabic snacks and raisins. Fath Indah Travel Services has a whatsapp group of pilgrims according to departure date and PT.

Fath Indah Travel Services always provides information to pilgrims about promotions and events that will be held by PT. Fath Indah Travel Services offers special discounts or big discounts when certain moments coincide with flights, hotels and accommodation. Fath Indah Travel Services in 2017 has decreased, which means that the number of customers automatically varies.

Fath Indah Travel Services in 2016 for operational vehicles purchase and in 2017 for operational vehicles, PT. Fath Indah Travel Services did not carry out many promotions and exhibitions in 2016, but in 2017 PT. Fath Indah Travel Services has posted official travel expenses to the official travel expense account.

In 2016, Fath Indah Travel Services booked a departure account for boarding costs in the other compensation for departure preparation, while in 2017 the costs were booked in the cost of sales. Fath Indah Travel Services recorded other operating expenses in 2016 under other operating expenses, while in 2017 the reimbursements were recorded as official travel expenses. Fath Indah Travel Services calculates the essay by: Total number of complaints within 1 month after departure divided by the total.

Fath Indah Travel Services has an existing system, but the existing system cannot compete for the competition in the market, therefore PT. Fath Indah Travel Services hopes that with this new system that is quite expensive, PT. Fath Indah Travel Services generally has a 32-hour annual training program for employees in certain areas.

Determine Critical Success Factors

Fath Indah Travel Services, the researcher found that the key performance indicators are in line with PT's strategy. Fath Indah Travel Services, KPI is considered enough data because each department has 2 to 3 KPIs. The problem is that some key performance indicators have still not met the target set by the PT.

This study focuses only on the analysis of key performance indicators and the creation of balance sheets on PT. Future research can be extended by using key risk indicators in the formulation of key performance indicators and by using the balance sheet developed by other Umrah and Hajj travel companies with qualitative measurements. Fath Indah Travel Services that the key performance indicator is adequate enough to form a balance sheet as a performance measurement system.

Conclusion

Fath Indah Travel Services can increase customer satisfaction from the perspective of internal business processes, PT. Fath Indah Travel Services can improve operational quality and service quality for its customers. Fath Indah Travel Services can invest in information technology and information system and conduct management training.

Limitation and Recommendation

The effects of changes in competition, technology, and strategy on organizational performance in small and medium-sized manufacturing firms.
