INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTIC TOWARDS EMPLOYEES’ MOTIVATION:

IN THE STONES HOTEL - AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION, LEGIAN, BALI, INDONESIA

Leadership has been an important aspect in every business industry, especially in hospitality industry these leadership influence is inevitable as well. Further, this thesis paper aims to analyze and conclude influence of leadership characteristic towards employee motivation, specifically in The Stones Hotel, Autograph Collection, Bali. In order to reveal in-depth explanation towards leadership characteristic and employee motivational factor, the author utilized and read through particular theory and framework from reliable literature review. This thesis also includes the methodology and approached in executing this academic research. Furthermore, survey was conducted on 25

June 2017 by purpose of gathering real-time data towards the case study. Then afterwards, the author will analyze data from research findings and compare it with theories in literature review. The result and finding in this research is profoundly related with positive impact of Transformational Leadership influence towards employee motivation.

In the end, the author summarized the recognition of analysis and provide suggestion and

recommendation for future leaders in terms of keep their employee motivated.
