1 BR type Apartment

Location : Bintaro, South Tangerang Total Area : 32m2

The customer wanted a cozy small space area with multifunctioned furnitures. There will be several mandatory area which are; kitchen, bedroom, activity/working space. Customer has chosen Scandinavian modern style in darker mood to be applied to the apartment interior.

1BR Apartment that has many features

1. Mini kitchen set. The existing area will be furnished with kitchen cabinets to support main activities around the kitchen, especially to store some kitchenware or tools.

2. Dining area. The original idea was a laundry area but the tenant wanted them to be a dining area with overhead opened-cabinet to maximize the space for more storage.

3. Bathroom. The existing area has already equipped with proper sanitairesso we just have to furnished it more with some bathroom accessories to support the main activities around the bathroom.

4. Bed area. This is where the tenant spends most of their time to rest. We do our best to provide proper storage for the area considering the limited-space, such as replacing a standard bed side table with a taller display cabinet to store more stuffs.

5. TV wall & mini workspace. This area seems to be aligned and full to minimize any unnecessary gap or blank spot. The overhead TV storage cabinet will be built wall-to-wall, including the workspace area so the tenant could use the overhead cabinet to store their office/work-related stuff as well.

6. Refreshing balcony. A narrow balcony can still be useful with proper size of furnishings. We also take advantage of the blank wall space to place wallshelves that can be functioned as a rack for vegetation. Considering this is a living situation in a limited -space apartment, we have to do our best to keep the environment healthy and refreshing for the tenant.

3BR Apartment that comfort for many

1. This apartment utilizes an open layout plan for the common areas, moreover the natural light that enters from the floor-to-ceiling windows make this space looks spacious and welcoming.

2. The living room, dining area, and pantry area have its own zoning. It is shown with the use of different carpets on the floor and even different light fixtures, yet still using the same language of wood finish and modern choices of furniture.

3. The living space is adjacent to the dining area which creates an open and welcoming atmosphere in the space, along with floor to ceiling windows on one side of the space. With this connection between two spaces, it gives a more range of sitting options during socializing int the space. The TV cabinet wall system is installed along the wall to create a point of interest. This system also organizes electronic or other entertainment equipment that are used.

4. The large and dining area can welcome up to 8 people to be comfortable enjoying meal in this space. The use of rugs underneath the table creates a zoning that makes this space special. Across the table there is glass-door cabinet that can be used to keep decoration and wine.

5. The pantry area with kitchen island provide an adequate space for the customer to move around while preparing for the meal. More over, with this design, it allows for communication to keeps flowing among everyone in this big open space.

6. Next to the pantry, there is a small stop station of hallway that leads to the entrance. This spot is to store shoes.

7. Using the modular furnitures such as sofa and tv cabinet for flexible that help to change easily follow the situation.

Master bedroom

1. In this sleeping area, each side of the bed has its own side table with night stand. This gives control to each user. Also, the use of rug is soften and balance out the room since the black and white color palette dominate the space.

2. A reading chair with arm and a small table are placed across the bed to give variety of sitting position if the customer need to. This can also be a place to relax.

3. Dressing table and wardrobe are located in the same area. it allows for direct access during getting ready. Also, the floor to ceiling wardrobe gives enough space needed to store the clean clothes.

Guest bedroom

1. Similar to the master bedroom, each side of the bed is provided with side table and night stand.

And to give extra storage, a bench and storage system is provided in the room. Not to mention, a comfortable arm chair is provided in the room to give a sitting option for the user.

2. Right by the entrance, there is a space where user can keep the clean clothes and get ready, since there is a dressing table provided in the room.

Master bedroom

Location : Pondok Arean, South Tangerang Total Area : 24m2

The client wanted a bedroom that would provide a prayer space and an open walk-in closet. A multi purpose vanity table that would serve a purpose as working table was also requested to maximize the use of space. Customer has chosen Scandinavian modern in black and white color palette with a touch of wood finish.

The bedroom that gives peace

1. The layout of the bedroom is in rectangular shape, with this we divided the space into two zones, sleeping and wardrobe areas.

2. In the bed, neutral color palette dominates the furniture and widow treatment, however there is still a touch of black color on the bedding to give contrast in this zone

3. On the wall there is a wall shelving attached for decoration, and this to create the same language of square shape elements that happens in the wardrobe area.

4. In the wardrobe area, carpet in black color is put on the floor to create an invisible separation from the sleeping area. This also to give comfort to the feet when sitting on the chair to use the vanity table.

5. A high wardrobe in white finish is provided to store the clean clothes.

6. A working area where is face the window with the greenery outside which makes more produtive and refresh during work.

7. Underbed storage as an extra storage that can be used for unused stuff and keep it area clean.

8. Large and long curtain plus vitrase are better way to make this room cozy and keep it privacy. With 100% best cotton fabric that could be absord the heat in this room.

The customer wanted a kids room in which provide a play area for a girl age 2,5 y.o. for the pocket space in the room would be utilized as storage with a small play area. As of the study table would be located across the sleeping area. The client has chosen modern Scandinavian style with a touch of playful and bold color palette. Not to mention, the furnishings in this space needs to be safe for kids.

The bedroom that gives joy

1. The room is divided into three zones, sleeping area, study area, and storage with small play space.

the color palette in this room is dominated with white from the furnishing with the touch of pink and a pop up color of blue In the curve shape to create a fun and fresh atmosphere.

2. To maximize the use of space, the bedframe is using a system that has storage underneath.

3. The study table is safe to be used buy kids with a chair that has rolls to give freedom of movement.

The table also has a rack system to keep school equipment that is used frequently. A black board is also provided to support the learning activity. Not to mention, to make the bed and this study table more welcoming, brown carpet is provided.

4. As for the storage area, an adequate storage system is provided. Next to this, there is a small toy box to keep all the toys. As for the wall, there are a number of decorations installed to create point of interest for the kid.

5. Adjustable study and aslo chair that helps to save the product while the little ones is growing.

6. All of in this room using the children product which fits of the aged of the children and also perfect fit for you their aged and safer.

A space that supports me time

Living room:

1. Wall storage shelving system is installed as TV stand, and the storage is used to keep frequently used objects in the space.

2. This space offers a variety sitting options that users can use depending on their preference.

3. This foyer is the first and last stop that users go to before entering and leaving the house. It is small and compact, yet it provides spaces for every important items needed by the users.

Kitchen/Dining:

1. Dining area is kept simple with a generous circulation around it. The furniture used is the existing furniture of the customer.

2. Pantry is designed to provide enough working surface to prepare a quick meal. Importantly, storage system provides enough space to store kitchen utensils and plates.

3. Artificial indoor garden is designed to bring a greenery connection from outside to inside. Also, to give a warm and welcoming ambiance in the space.

Solution a warm and clean master bedroom

1. To give more storage solution, both sides of the bed are provided with side tables.

2. Across the bed, a TV stand cabinet is provided to provide space for decoration and as a storage.

Moreover, floor to ceiling height wardrobe system is also installed to give extra storage needed by the customer.

3. The bedroom is where it starts and end each day of the week. It should be a place with comfort and good lighting. Using good lighting and share the need for sufficient lighting fo a room.

4. Divide the wardrobe area according to the needs between husband and wife so that the parts are clearly divided.

5. Make the sleeping area as clean and white as possible so that it is comfortable and rest well.

6. Providing a shoe rack that is not only a storage area but also a place to sit during preparation and also the color matched with others.

7. Using durable and as there are many benefits with bamboo material when it comes to

sustainability and quality aspects that we provide for this project. It’s more sustainable then other materials and has many benefits to both people and planet.

9. Smaller area require more flexible and multifunctional storage, and better organisation, because every space counts and needs to be optimised for living.

activities in this living room more comfortably.

Multifunctional furniture allows the room to be more flexible for a variety of activities and needs. Smart storage also makes the house neat and fun.

Flexible small space solution for family and friends

Living and working area:

1. Simple working solution, smartstorage on the wall to storing working files.

2. Creating a compactstorage using a lot of closed modularstorage forshoes and other stuff, wallstorage solution (using hooks).
