Measurement Model (outer model) Convergent Validity

The external validity of the reflective indicator model was tested by convergent validity and discriminant validity. Testing of convergent validity requires the value of the loading factor of the indicator relationship with latent variables greater than 0.50 (Ghozali, 2008) and the value of Average Variance Extracted (AVE) above 0.50 (Latan & Ghozali, 2012). In this research, there were two indicators on the non-tariff barrier variable whose value was less than 0.5 and an indicator of export.

Therefore, the indicator was removed from the previous model and the next test was continued. From the data analysis result in table 1 and 2, each indicator had an outer loading, where AVE and communality value above 0.5 means convergent validity. From the results of analysis in Tables 3 and 4, all indicators already had the largest cross-loading value in the variable and meet the discriminant validity.

Thus, all indicators could be used for further analysis because all indicators met the validity of the test. All correlation values between variables are below the root value of AVE and correspond to discriminant validity. The results of the analysis in Table 5 showed that all variables had composite reliability values above 0.7; thus, all variables were reliable.

The strength of business competition did not significantly affect the export of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, non-tariff barriers have had a significant impact on the export of small and medium-sized snacks in East Java, as evidenced by the results of T Statistics. Hypothesis 2: Exporting snacks in small and medium industries has affected the sustainability of small and medium enterprises in East Java.

Third Hypothesis: The strength of competition and non-tariff barriers in destination countries affected the sustainability of small and medium enterprises in snack products in East Java through export. The strength of competition in business did not significantly affect the export of small and medium snacks. Non-tariff barriers have significantly affected the export of small and medium industries of snack products.

The export of the small and medium-sized snack industry had a significant impact on the sustainability of the business. Before exporting, small and medium-sized companies should familiarize themselves with the non-tariff barriers in the target countries. The East Java Provincial Government is committed to building micro, small and medium enterprises as a battering ram for the people's economy.

The research subject is entrepreneurs from micro, small and medium enterprises in Java province who joined the Cooperative Trading House. To overcome this, the East Java Cooperative and the Micro, Small and Medium Business Enterprise Office established the Cooperative Trading House (CTH). The nine services provided by the East Java Provincial Government have so far been used by micro, small and medium enterprise players who are members of the Cooperative Trading House.

Most of the micro, small and medium enterprises players from the regions are still dependent on marketing in the traditional way. When Indonesia was hit by a monetary crisis, micro, small and medium enterprises were obviously not affected. Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises are regulated based on Act No. 20 of 2008 concerning micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

Political Systems and Peoples Economic Programs

Since the basic concept of population economy is rooted in Pancasila as the foundation of the state of Indonesia, this populist economy strengthens the country in the event of the crisis in Indonesia in 1998. The people's economic system is part of the Pancasila economic system, which emphasizes the democratic nature of the economic system that sits with the majority of the people who they still suffer (Mandate of Popular Suffering). Most of the affected people are small and medium enterprises consisting of middle and lower class people.

It is the people who are the main actors and also the determinants of the success of the program. The function of government is only a facilitator providing the necessary facilities as the main problem is the constraints of business facilities, material and immaterial. Tambunan (2009: 4) says, it is not surprising that, in almost all developing countries, the government has development programs for MSMEs.

Micro, small and medium-sized business enterprise as a traditional form of economy that still survives today, certainly cannot be seen at a glance. Through the Cooperative Trading House Program, the government provides the widest opportunity for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises players to develop their businesses. The modern economy is dominated by businessmen with the segmentation of medium and large businesses.

The market penetration of the modern economy entered the traditional economy, which slowly but steadily led to an increasingly limited space for the traditional economies, which finally fell behind the modern economy. The implementation of the democratic economy program is entirely dependent on the political situation in Indonesia. On the one hand, the government must have decent rules and enforce them firmly to eliminate the monopoly dominance of the big capitalists who control the upstream and downstream economic rotation of the region.

However, the success of the implementation of the People's Economy program through any form of program is the responsibility of the government. The government is the main key in managing all parties involved in the economic process in Indonesia. Laws and regulations issued and enforced by the government will also be followed by supervision and good transparency so that the people's economy can be properly implemented.

Digital Marketing Cooperative Trading House Strategy

The steps above show how technology underpins the birth of the concept of digital marketing; however, technology is only a tool. One of the advantages of digital marketing is the easy measurement of results obtained, compared to other marketing strategies. Digital technology allows customers to be one of the parties that contribute to product formation.

Loyalty is the result of the accumulation of repeated satisfaction, so that conceptually the connection can be made between the application of digital marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. This concept served as a basis and reference in the initiation, conceptualization, design, development and implementation of the proposed system. The proposed system was developed to create awareness and knowledge acquisition of solar energy systems using a 2D simulation of basic function and operations.

This movement is constantly encouraging other members of the Paris Agreement to follow the lead. The present study also supports the Paris Agreement by promoting low carbon emission through the use of the proposed study. The researcher used 2 Dimensional platforms in the creation of the proposed study to make it more compelling to the user and to be perceived as multimedia content.

The researcher in this study aims to give awareness and knowledge to solar energy, one of the well-known renewable energy sources. Development research was used to describe the process of developing and implementing 2D simulation for solar energy system loading and harvest calculation. In the process of creating the design of the system, a number of steps were followed.

The researcher tested 2D Simulation for Solar Energy System Load and Harvest calculation and determined the stability of the project. Table 2 shows the summary of the software evaluation and testing done. The respondents are students of Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Communication Engineering (ECE) and Electrical Engineering (EE) who evaluated the 2D Simulation for Solar Energy System Loading and Harvest Calculation in relation to the given objectives of the whole module of presented to them by the proposer.
