In addition, a governor must also control the implementation of the task and function of Lemhannas RI and implement the other tasks according to the policy determined by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Not only those points, the leader of Lemhannas RI must provide suggestions and input requested or not to the President of the Republic of Indonesia. A governor also determines the public and technical policy on the implementation of the task of Lemhannas RI as his responsibility.
The Vice Governor only assists the Governor of Lemhannas RI in directing the performance of the duties and functions of Lemhannas RI and also represents the Governor of Lemhannas RI if he is indisposed. The Deputy of the Department of Strategic Studies, hereinafter referred to as Debidjianstrat (Deputi Pengkajian Strategik), will therefore be the executive element, part of the task and function of Lemhannas RI in terms of strategic study aspects, either national or international. In its routine task, Lemhannas RI continues to conduct research based on current strategic issues related to politics, economy, social culture, defense and security, law and human rights and international affairs.
The final assessment of research that has been carried out by Lemhanna's RI will be a reference at the national and regional level, such as ASEAN and Asia Pacific. The improvement of Lemhanna's RI shows as this institution has proven to be one of the nation's assets that plays an important role in the development of Indonesia. So at that time President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono asked Lemhanna's RI to become a world class institution and fortunately it meets a good response from Governor of Lemhanna's RI at that time, Prof.
To implement it, the new governor of Lehmannas RI made the training and the final result of research as references at the national level in 2010.
INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES
Usually, once a particular problem has been resolved, they will prepare for the next reviews. In this part, the directorate must first find some factual data about the issue, followed by the next steps. They trust that I will find a number of expert candidates related to the issue and will be assessed.
Usually I will meet their secretary rather than address the person who will be the speaker. Fortunately, I get what I want, I was accepted at one of the most famous 5-star hotels in Bandung. Then, thank God, one of my colleagues suggest me to take internship at Lehmannas RI, which was not in my mind before.
This internship experience gave me a better understanding and perspective on the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas RI); what they do, why they do it, who they do it, where they do it, when they do it and how they do it. It was interesting to be able to get the opportunity to complete my internship program at Lemhannas RI. In addition, I specifically took a job at the Directorate of Defense and Security, so that related to my major, international relations, and also my concentration.
Taking this opportunity in Lemhannas RI has broadened my bond because I can know people and build good relationships with those who are experts in their own field and I have had the chance to meet some great people who are changing the world have influenced. Even though the experience is great and all, evaluations are crucial among us to get the most out of this experience. Therefore, allow me to make my recommendations during my internship period at Lemhannas RI.
To begin with, we must equip ourselves with the most basic knowledge of the chosen place of practice. To begin with, you will know the organization's strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats; so you will understand where these people are going and what speed or pace they are getting there. Last but not least, I strongly recommend both the ICC and the faculty coordinator to give early notice of the potential work environment, whether good or bad.
